"訂的時候特地選了非玻璃廁所的房型，結果給我的是玻璃的，還一股煙味。找前台説倒是願意換房，所以明明有和展示圖一樣的房型為什麼不一開始就給，看我好忽悠嗎。換的房間跟**一樣，半夜睡着自己開燈閃眼睛…還自己開窗簾，空調也不涼，開了比外面還熱。而且寫了延遲退房至兩點，一點就打電話問退房還是續房。早餐味道倒是還可以。"

"Although the hotel is not big, the room facilities are complete and clean. The most commendable thing is the service. The attitude of everyone from the front desk to the cleaning staff is very good. I also met the hotel owner while having breakfast. He did everything himself, from wiping the tables to counting the meals. It's understandable why he can lead such a great team. The only drawback is that parking is difficult. The slope of the basement is too steep and there are not many parking spaces. It would be more convenient if the washbasin in the parent-child room was outside the toilet. However, the overall experience is still very good, and the price/performance ratio is very high. I will continue to stay in your hotel when I come to Liling next time!"
