For example, the breakfast buffet wasn't cleared away at 10:00 AM without anyone asking if we were finished or if we wanted anything else. The rooms (you can't do anything about the heat) were lovely, and since the hotel is located on the edge of the forest, we were able to leave the windows open at night (we were on the second floor!). That made it quite pleasant. The food and service were also excellent."
