Felt like an abandoned house to be honest, I left after 2 minutes of being there

After waiting 3.5 hours to get inside the property, because they were unable to send a simple email and even the booking site did not have a phone number where the could be reached, the place was stinking and the bathroom/shower was horrible. During the wait and after a few hours inside there was a fight going on which almost made me call the police, but after hearing someone almost break down a door I decided I would rather just leave the place then be in the middle of it. Place could do with a start over under proper management

We arrived Friday night and thought we were saving a penny by booking this accommodation. It ended up costing us more as we had to leave no more than a half hour after arriving. The smell of ***** throughout the house was vile. The idea of sharing one bathroom between all those rooms is absurd and very unhygienic. Now, to the cold in the room, it was a cold stormy night so we were looking forward to a bit of warmth upon arrival. It was so cold I now understand the pain and suffering poor Tom Crean encountered on his trips all those years ago. If there was one positive to take from our time here it is that we didn't have to stay too long. Avoid this accommodation at all costs.

If your looking for nothing other than a pillow for the night then this is your place. Located a 10 minute drive from the centre, the guest house offered its guests ‘basic’ needs but nothing more than that. Several rooms located in the house all secure with key-safe and allocated code and were all standard and basic inside. There was one small bathroom with toilet and shower only at the end of the corridor. To expect multiple guests to access only one bathroom was incredibly disappointing and not particularly hygienic. The rooms were decent sized but very cold and the window lock in the twin room was broken which meant no air circulated throughout the night. This guest house is conveniently located and offers accommodation to those on a budget and that don’t want to pay extortionate prices within the centre but don’t expect anything other than a pillow for the night. Keyless entry and no reception made for easy checking in and out. If the owners can renovate the rooms and corridors and bring it more modern with a second bathroom installed, this would attract more guests. Easy street parking too.
