Wild Pheasant Hotel & Spa ★★★★

📍 Berwyn St, Llangollen

"The hotel is located in an excellent area, very close to the market and conveniently accessible to the fuel station and parking. Although they have a fixed heating system that only starts around 6pm and turns off early in the morning."

"Great location near all attractions. Super small room, don’t try to fit 2 people into this room or bed. Great buffet breakfast with ‘full Welsh breakfast’."

📍 19 Bridge Street, Llangollen

"This house was absolutely beautiful, very clean and set up thoughtfully for our weekend stay as a family. Would deffo stay there again. Only thing I would say could be improved is the lighting on the top floor (wall lights didn’t work) and outside (minimal lighting) but that didn’t stop us having a brilliant time in such a beautiful house with stunning views!"

Wild Pheasant Hotel & Spa ★★★★
"First impressions weren’t the best all the cleaning cupboards wide open and all last night’s dirty glasses and crockery on the floor from the room’s, which you would’ve thought they’d have moved before allowing new guests to check in"

The Hand Hotel ★★★
"The hotel is extremely dated, in need of some TLC. Good location, but noise at 1am from guests and night staff was ridiculous! The bed was not fit for purpose. Not advisable for anyone who cares about their back."

"Great house in the centre on Llangolen, everything you need right around the corner three great sized bedrooms all with bathrooms, set of 4 floors. Lovely comfortable beds, garden overlooking the river but could use a spruce up, many stairs but didn’t bother us great stay"

Abbey Grange Hotel ★★★
"We had a room for a family which was a lovely room. Very comfortable bed, cozy welsh feel. Smelled lovely and fresh Being from North Wales but living in England the hotel had a real feeling of home. The room was cozy and warm with a double window in the mountaineous nature. I last stayed here over Christmas 7 years ago and id stay here again. The Abbey grange really is picturesque full of character and worth the money. Highly recommended."

"Perfect base for activities and exploring around LLangollen. Our room (no 6) was a lovely big attic room. The bed was really comfy, shower was good, fridge for beers and a lovely view of the mountains. Jaime was also really helpful, letting us know early on arrival day that our room was ready so we could get there earlier than planned and fully enjoy our weekend. Also really convenient having the car park right behind us through a code locked door. Will definitely return. "

Greenbank Lodge Llangollen ★★★
"Brilliant guest house right in the heart of LLangollen. Our charming room had a separate sitting area with the bathroom in the middle separating a nice sized bedroom. The bedroom also had a great bath right in front of the window. Check in and out was easy and the place was spotlessly clean."
