"No way to dine in the restaurant when it's half empty. The bar is only accessible to hotel guests. This really doesn't make you want to stay there. In the off-season, this welcome is quite inexplicable. The staff is quite friendly, but quite embarrassed to have to turn away customers."

"The room was dated but clean and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel felt like you were staying in his house and was felt like we were an inconvenience to him. We got told off for taking alittle sand into the hotel ( ridiculous) and told to make sure we clean our shoes before we go in. Breakfast was nice. It was a shame he wasn’t there to welcome you as we had never been to the area and did not know where to eat and we thought his restaurant would be open but it wasn’t. The write made the hotel look a lot nicer than what it actually was. The hotel was ok but not great. I. Would not recommend this to families as I feel he doesn’t like people making the slightest mess of his house."
