Room: Exquisite, retro, and elegant. It's really a hundred times better than the official photos! I like every detail, the retro bathroom with double doors, the crystal glass of the elevator, and the walnut-colored furniture.
Location: At first, I chose this place just because it was close to St. Pancras and I had to catch a European trip in the morning. In addition to the hotel being less than a minute's walk from the station, there are two train stations, Kingscross and Euston, four subway lines, and a bunch of buses that go directly to the core area! ! !
Service: There is a tea room at the innermost side of the corridor, which has free tea, fruit, and brownies (super delicious). My luggage was also taken up for me.

Everything great. Only one thing wrong . We asked the timing of breakfast with reception and was told it started at 7am. This was not true. It was 8am and meant we could not partake. If we had known this we would not have pre purchased breakfast. Attempted to have cost reimbursed, hotel refused. A pity as all was good except we had to pay for something we did not have.
