This hotel is generally OK, and transportation is very convenient by bus and subway. If the itinerary is uncertain or has changed, please make reservations carefully. Ctrip cannot be cancelled or changed.
I prepaid the full amount for 10 nights a month ago. Because the visa was delayed by 4 days, I reported to Ctrip in advance, but they still said that 10,000 yuan would be deducted. If I don’t go for 10 nights, all 20,000 or 70,000 yuan will be deducted.
When I arrived at the hotel front desk, I couldn’t find my reservation record at all, and there was no room reserved. Ctrip didn’t contact other hotels and asked me to place an order again. It is really an overlord clause to charge two travelers for one room. The contract is like a blank piece of paper and has no credibility.
It is equivalent to deducting 4 nights of room fees without placing an order for me.
