Overall it's pretty good, the front desk is friendly. At first, there were blood stains on the bottom sheet, and then there was a piece of biscuit missing, and the window couldn't be opened. There were some surprises.

The hotel room is a bit small, but the location is very good. The rooms along the road are a little noisy, but it's okay. It's mainly driven by large motorcycles, and the cars are almost silent. There are many small restaurants around, not far from Hyde Park, and there is a very old church opposite.

Stayed here with our 18 month old- they were great with her! So friendly and set up the cot so it was ready when we arrived. She slept pretty well although the room did get bright once the sun rose. Bed is extremely comfortable and the in-room amenities were great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Walkable to all the museums. Highly recommend!

This is the hidden gem in Kensington. Staff couldn’t do enough to help you, and the facilities were perfect, comfy bed The whole hotel was nice, as in the lobby and bar. I will definitely be staying again. I can’t recommend staying here enough. Well worth the money!

This place is a must in Kensington. Excellent hotel, staff went always the extra mile to ensure our time here was fantastic. Dinner at Hispania was amazing! The hotel although small, is well decorated, very tasteful and super comfy. We will be back for sure!

Excellent service and beautiful rooms - smaller than the expected but, you are inside a living piece of history! I loved my stay here, staff was so accommodating, the rooms are so clean and everyone is looking after you. The team work hard to make sure you’re happy!

We had no hot water for the entirety of our stay. They said they had fixed it but it was not. Even the room we were moved to did not have hot water. This happens, but the way the manager handled it was very poor and I would not go back ever again

Great property. Very clean. Staff very attentive and very professional, they always show they care. Storytelling very present. The restaurant is good, very pretty. Rooms well decor although small but it is London size. Premium room on first floor breathes Victorian era.
