The window of the room faces inwards and cannot be opened, which is equivalent to having no window. There is no air conditioning in the room and the air conditioning cannot be turned on. An Indian came up to the front desk and took a look and left. There is no air conditioning in the room that costs nearly 4,000 a night. Please stay away from this hotel. If they have air conditioning in other rooms, it would be discrimination.

The family room is large (later I stayed at Leonardo in Oxford, and I felt that the hardware and software are really different compared to London), two 1.5-meter beds are quite suitable. Very average, the room is small, the towels are hard, and the curtains have blood stains. We stayed for four days and didn't provide any extra items. The waiter was very rude and didn't smile at all. It's not worth 170 euros for four days.

First of all, it was a cost-effective hotel in London.
I stayed for 3 days, but they didn't clean it properly on the last day.
I went outside and came back in and there was a scrubber in the bathroom sink.
The cup I drank from was not cleaned at all and the towel was thrown in the bathtub.
It seems like they just made the bed and threw away the trash...
And the breakfast was okay on the first day, but the variety didn't change one bit...
I'm sick of it after eating it for 3 days...
That's a bit disappointing.
