The front desk staff was very nice and the room was big, but the sofa bed was too small, so it was a bit difficult for one person to sleep on it. The breakfast was average, but everything else was good. There was a laundry room, which was very convenient. The location was convenient for transportation.

We booked a barrier-free room, so the bathroom was surprisingly large and took up a lot of space, so the room was too crowded and the accommodation experience was not good. If we had known earlier, we should have booked a 4-person room. We had to pay to have the room cleaned during our stay, but there were no cleaning tools in the room for us.

There is no security lock inside the door that make me feel not comfortable to sleep. Although there is no cleaning service daily, best to refresh towels and clear the rubbish bins without ask.
Overall is good on service and tidy inside the rooms.

交通很方便，周圍有好幾個不同線路的地鐵站，也有大型的超市，如果自己打算做飯，採購食材很方便。帕丁頓火車站就在幾步之外，可以直達機場。房間挺大的，但是基本沒服務，沙發床要自己搭。周邊還挺安全的。
