This hotel is not at the same standard as other Premier Inns. We had to change room several times, in the end we had 3 different rooms and they all had problems. Room 1 (219) - We entered the room and it was boiling hot, the air con wasn’t working. I looked into the unit and it was blocked with dust so no wonder it wasn’t working. Room 2 (8) - the drain in the bathtub is 95% blocked! Asked for somebody to come and unblock it, this was unsuccessful and no information about it was relayed to us. We reported the blockage again and were then offered another room as it was revealed that the drain was unlikely to be unblocked anytime soon. Room 3 (27) had exactly the same type of blockage as the previous room but with the sink drain. In the end we accepted the blocked sink room as it became apparent that we weren’t going to be getting a room without problems. This is the only Premier Inn I have ever stayed in where I would never return.

I needed an hotel conveniently near the Royal Albert Hall, but not too expensive. This hotel fulfilled that brief - but was also delightful as well. The place was really comfortable, the rooms well appointed and the sound-proofing was brilliant. The greatest asset was the staff, who were really helpful and approachable.

Some of the loveliest hotel staff I have ever come across. Really helpful and polite. There was scaffolding up when I went however didn’t interfere with my stay. Breakfast was okay, restaurant looks a bit tired but it was clean etc. All in all, a good stay.

So we have stayed here before as its very good to get to all attractions. Earl's Court tube station is close by. We arrived early and the staff got one room ready early so we could drop our bags off. We had premier room, and you could see the differences with larger room and nice lighting. Before we arrived we had an email about building work that was going on during our stay, I can safely say we heard nothing and had no disruption. We paid for breakfast, and that was good quality and filled up regularly. We had a nespresso machine but to be honest I'm never impressed with them Tassimo is far better. We had nice toiletries bayliss and harding. We slept well and air conditioning was very welcome. Also having a fridge was great. Finally we had a couple of drinks one evening and it was cheaper than local pubs. Overall excellent stay and would really recommend it for holiday stay. And it's brilliant for plane spotters too

Great stay and very friendly staff. Made my stay so much more pleasant. I was impressed with how clean the hotel was and comfy the beds are. I Would definitely stay again when I visit London and would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Great location for V&A and Natural History museums. 10 mins from tube. PI do clean modern hotels really well at a reasonable price for London. Lovely friendly staff. Just what we needed for exploring London.

Premier Inns generally represent good value for money in locations where expensive options dominate. My guess is that this is one of Premier's older hotels, with a tired facade and small reception area. Although accepting these are not top-of-the-range hotels, there are two things that let them down. Charging for an early check-in is poor business practice. Either rooms are ready or not. Need to remember that travellers are often fronting up after long journeys. The wi-fi is also disappointing, unbelievable that you need to pay extra for the ultimate wi-fi speed. These last 2 items would prevent me booking Premier again. This is unfortunate, as there are many positives associated with the brand.

Great stay and convenient location. All staff very helpful. Stayed in early summer to attend an event and the staff were just lovely. Breakfast was really good as well, nice selection of things to pick from. Very close to Earl’s Court tube station.
