"Nice place but the shower and toilet are very small, we slept well, well soundproofed and clean, pleasant hotel, only problem the family rooms on the upper floors and no elevator for people with reduced mobility, bike, shame, needs to be reviewed but overall very comfortable"

"The place is old and smells! It was almost impossible to close the door of the room , the rooms are on an open gallery so it felt very unsafe!so we put everything against the door! For that reason we could not open the window either! The ,,bathroom ‘’ is very small and the shower curtain disgusting! And the shower is so small and the water flows over the toilet and floor. My advice sleep in your car"

B&B Hotel Bordeaux Lormont ★★

"We came to bordeux to go to The Weeknd concert and check-in was at 14:00. We had to be at the stadium at 15:00/16:00. We arrive at 14:00 to the hotel and attempted multiple times to pay for the check-in but the machine was no longer working. Contacted someone who works onsight, horrible horrible customer service skills. Told us that the manager will come at 17:00 and we should go and come back at that time. The lady then shouted at me saying to go and come back or cancel my reservation because there was nobody onsight to help. 7 different families were stranded outside in the same situation. Eventually she hung up while I was mid sentence and just stopped answering the phone even when other people tried to call. Told her I was pregnant and I needed the bathroom, she said there's nothing she can do and I should find another toilet to use. Ended up cancelling my reservation and booking at the ACE Hôtel which had much much better hospitality and very close by."

"Hotel canceled my reservation because the name did not match with the creditcard. It send an e-mail of the cancellation but did not inform trip.com so I can’t get my payment back. But I booked another room with the correct info, the stay was fine. It has everything what should have for a short stay."
