"What is worthy of praise is that the front desk service is warm and courteous. The service attitude of the Chinese restaurant management staff is poor. The room hygiene is generally dusty and there is no room service. I ordered welcome fruit but it has not been delivered today. It has been all day and night. Five stars. A first-class hotel with four-star service. The Wyndham Hotel cannot be found on the official website. It is definitely a listed hotel. I went to have breakfast at around 8 o'clock in the morning. There was nothing left. Most of them were empty. The price/performance ratio was not high. , average, not a five-star hotel at all. It is branded as a Wyndham hotel. It seems that the hotel owner is not very good. I have stayed in so many hotels, including Hilton hotels and Marriott hotels. I have never had such an experience, and you have not trained me. At about 9 a.m., the Chinese restaurant employees were still using the guest bathroom to blow dry their hair and put on makeup. What kind of operation was this? Two stars negative review!"

"There was a huge soccer game going on a the stadium next door which was cool to see but traffic in and out was a little inconvenient. Overall the room was clean but not the cleanest I’ve seen. I loved the projected in the room and was able to enjoy a couple movies. Breakfast was weak, the noodles were not up to Hunan rice noodle standards and there wasn’t much of an extra selection. When my wife arrived there was no one at the front desk at all and no one in site to help her get upstairs in the elevator or deal with her check in."

"This time I came to Loudi for a business trip, I did not hesitate to choose Louxing Huatian Holiday Hotel. The overall stay experience was directly full, and I really gave a full five stars! The location is very superior, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding eating and shopping are very convenient. The lobby is clean and bright as soon as you enter the door, the front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in speed is very fast. The room is spacious and bright, the whole house is intelligent voice control, lighting and curtains are controlled by one-click, and the sense of technology is full. The room hygiene is very good, the tabletop has no floating dust, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the hot water source is constantly flowing, the bedding is soft and fluffy, and the rest quality is particularly high. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety, the local special rice noodles taste authentic, and the hot and cold dishes are complete. The room cleaning staff is gentle and responsive. The hotel is also equipped with free parking, laundry and fitness area, which is especially suitable for business trips or short trips. The whole journey is comfortable and practical, and I will continue to choose here next time I come to Loudi. It is highly recommended!"
