Good location about a 10 minute walk to the Our Lady of Lourdes shrine. Hotel itself was nice there were some small places for food nearby but it did take me awhile to find a place especially because it was nearing the off season.

I should have evaluated another hotel which I learn upon my arrival to be closed and I am transferred to this structure!
I am greeted by the night porter Alain (very kind) and I have the first problem with the "demagnetized" card .... he goes back up and puts everything in order! The problem with the card also persists for the following day for the umpteenth time I go down to the reception and the manager Sergio tells me that it can happen that it gets demagnetized, of course it can happen once in a 7 day stay, not 3 times in one day... as soon as I possibly ask for a change of room he tells me peremptorily and rudely that there are no free rooms I found Mr. Sergio unpleasant and not at all welcoming who should have had a different attitude in the meantime with a woman and with a client who suffered inconvenience in the structure that he represented!
Day 26 on my return in the afternoon I find the room not yet tidy ... at 6 pm while I was in the room the cleaning lady cleans the bathroom in 1 minute ... makes the bed: no dusting, no vacuum cleaner (with carpet)
A stay to forget were it not for the kindness of the staff who work there....

This hotel is a little gem. Its strength is it staff. From the moment we arrived we were taken care of. We were with Tangney Tours and Linda was an extremely professional and caring guide. Rooms are quite small but clean with maid service everyday. The restaurant staff were fabulous especially Corine's friendly and attentive approach at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Philippa in the restaurant was also excellent. Small bar at reception. 2 lifts and a staircase to access 9 floors.

No es un buen hotel. No hay Wifi a pesar de que dicen que si, cuando se les pide solucionar el tema de conexión dicen que no hay acceso por la situación geográfica del hotel. El desayuno es malo, en instalaciones viejas (yogurt cortado) y poca variedad. No hay posibilidad de comer en el restaurante. El servicio al cliente y el trato por parte del personal es mala e indecorosa. El baño es viejo, y para tomar la ducha debes hacerlo en una tina de baño incómoda y peligrosa.
