I visited in January 24. The staff were very friendly and I was satisfied with the breakfast service. In particular, if you request a packed breakfast in advance when departing for an early morning tour in Malang, you can receive it at the lobby on Haedal Day. However, since the hotel is old, overall deterioration is inevitable.
