The hotel is located near the hospital, surrounded by supermarkets and snack streets, and the environment is quiet. Good place to stay .Metro station is less than 5minutes walk.Bed is very very comfy & bedsheets are fresh & cosy. Staff are helpful with all my touristy questions . Very clean & modern . Evening there is a night market ,so taxis are not able to get to front door of hotel .just walk in from main road , not far . Landmark is a very tall ,very white office tower; hotel entrance is just at base.

Friends booked two rooms together. The one facing the road was a bit noisy because of the night market, you know... The room facing the north side was a construction site when I went there. It was in the stage of digging the foundation. It was not particularly noisy. I don't know if it starts. If a building is built, will it be noisy? Since I didn't know much about this hotel, I booked a one-night trial online. After checking in, I saw that the room was neat and clean, the air-conditioning ensured heating, the breakfast was rich and delicious, and there were snacks in the evening, which was really good. There was also a gym, especially here. The service staff are very enthusiastic. They will bring you bottled water if you need it. They also told me to call me if I need anything. These short words warmed my heart and I stayed here for another two days.

We come to Luoyang often to visit family, this was our first stay at Rezen hotel. The hotel location is very convenient, not far walk from Wangfujing and Xinduhui, both offer restaurants and shopping. The subway is not far at xinduhui, it’s the transfer point for line 1 and 2. The hotel staff was very friendly, they delivered fruit plates to us daily and a gift after check out. We got one family room which is bigger than we expected, it has 1 king, 1 full and 1 twin, 1 bathroom in each of the 2 rooms, very spacious. The breakfast was good, but not much western food, mostly Chinese which was fine for us. Wi-Fi works well, free laundry on 4th floor. Overall, very good hotel and definitely recommend it to other travelers.

From the moment I checked in, the front desk was very welcoming and thoughtful, and worked quickly and efficiently. Check-in was easy and pleasant.
After checking in, I felt great from the moment I walked in. Free tea, fruit, capsule coffee, and Yakult. The bedding is also very comfortable. The toiletries have a light and elegant fragrance.
On the first night, because I had a lot of free time, I took a look around the interior of the hotel. It can be seen that the design details are very carefully thought out, and there are design details everywhere.
The location of the hotel is also very good. It is very close to most of the scenic spots. Yingtianmen Paradise Hall and Longmen Grottoes are just a short taxi ride away.
In addition, Mr. Han, the concierge manager, is really warm, thoughtful and meticulous. Even when we were waiting for the rental, he would explain to us some things about the attractions and where to eat. They would also remind us to put on more clothes when it’s cold, and they would bring us water. This service feels like it must be super super five-star.
Finally, the car to the airport was also arranged by the hotel. We sent you to the airport for free, took your luggage and adjusted your seat, and waved you goodbye when you were sent to the airport.

1) Location: Located in the core business center of Xigong District, the hotel is only about 10 minutes away from the Jiefang Road Line 2 Transfer Center (Line 1-2) and 30 minutes from the train station. It is very convenient to catch delicious food in the surrounding area.
2) Environment: It is biased toward young-style fast hotels. There are 6 types of decoration styles to choose from (Tang Yun, Circle Mystery, Transparent Era, Roman Holiday, and Walking in the Clouds). The ”blind box” type opens the rhythm, with a bright lobby and a glass mirror elevator. , all kinds of furniture and furnishings are relatively simple and fashionable.
3) Hardware (dry goods): This time I stayed at Tang Yun, with a red + dark brown tone, in-room bar, high chair, mini kitchen (excluding heating accessories), refrigerator, air evolver, disinfection cabinet, coffee machine, and Kung Fu tea set , the sanitary area is not equipped with a smart toilet.
4) Service: The service may be weak due to limited conditions (parking at the door). After entering the store, you are greeted politely, paying great attention to customer needs, and completely responding to your requests (I have stayed in many hotels and you can definitely get it here 👍), free / The reception service is also very complete.

【Facilities】Really old and outdated, such as the bathroom and recreation center (gym) seem to have entered the last century. But after all, it is an old hotel, and it depends on everyone's preferences and focus. Finally, I chose to stay in. The overall greening, service, and meals of the hotel are still very powerful, and they complement each other. After all, they are playing outside during the day. The shower water is hot spring water. Greenery can be seen when you open the window.
【Service】The service is warm and patient, really nothing to say, the service of the old guesthouse is nothing to say, and it is given super five stars. Cons:
1) our rooms weren't ready for check in when we arrived even though their check-in time is advertised as noon (but it's because their checkout time is at 2pm, so if the previous guest hasn't checked out before noon, it is impossible to get your room at noon); but they can store your luggage for you at the front desk so it is a minor problem if you don't need a room right away
2) there was construction work at the front entrance of the hotel, so we had to walk through a bunch of debris and loud noises; this shouldn't be a problem once the construction work is done, but it was still a surprise for me
Overall, the place is great for the price, location, and service.

AAnh-BaoGreat bargain given how insanely big the rooms are. I booked a room with queenside bed, bathroom, sink, shower AND bathtub but I was also shown two family rooms that have multiple beds and even living rooms. They were also super affordable.
The hotel has no restaurant so you cannot have breakfast there. However - plenty of restaurants are within a 5 minute radius. There is also a supermarket and a couple convenience stores within 3 minute radius.
The rooms and public areas are kept pretty clean. However - the various areas are in different states. The reception looks like it could need a renovation yesterday. The hallways leading to the rooms look pretty new while some of the rooms (e.g. family rooms) look pretty fresh while my room looked like it is close to being in need of a bathroom renovation. However - it was clean and still in good enough shape and in terms of pricing it was an absolute bargain. I paid way more for much worse in places like Shantou or Paris.
Would I stay there again? If price levels remain the same I would absolutely stay there again. Very nice staff.
