"We had a wonderful stay here and would absolutely recommend it. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout, which really sets the tone for a place like this. Our room was large, comfortable and well-equipped, exactly what you want after a busy day. Cleanliness was spot on, no complaints there at all. Breakfast was really good quality, though slightly inconsistent. Some items appeared on the menu one day and not the next, and at busier times the staff were clearly a little stretched. A few extra hands at breakfast would make a big difference, but it’s a minor gripe in the grand scheme of things. We didn’t use the spa or pool during our visit, but both looked lovely and the spa prices seemed very reasonable for treatments, definitely something we’d take advantage of next time. The bar and public areas are beautifully decorated too, though as we were there for a group party with organised events, we didn’t really get a chance to make the most of them. The grounds are pretty and well-kept, and the location is ideal, just a few minutes’ walk from the town and the lake. All in all, a stunning place to stay. We’d happily come back."

"Rooms were cleaned, conveniently furnished. The mini-fridge was awful, so not useful. The staff appeared not trained in handling guests, no friendly greetings, language barriers prevented communication. The existing indoor pool is apparently not operated. However, what was not acceptable is breakfast. The price-performance ratio is not proportional. Two types of sauce, two types of cheese, two types of marmelade. No change, no fruit (except apples), no vegetables and you had to knock on the kitchen door for all missing foods. The closed guests' skirt was not cleaned. The price of €15 per person is too high."

"Nice hotel in the area with great staff . Quite modern hotel. Needs to finish some electric work. Like , curtain are supposed to be operated electric but they don’t . Clean, but occasionally not cleaned properly. The bed was reasonably comfortable. Everything you ask the staff tries to help. Unfortunately not enough minibars in the hotel, They juggle around with them. Breakfast and dinner are excellent. Swimming pool great. Location is good for visiting the area ."
