"Everything was great with the hotel staff location first night was awesome second night was not so pleasant very rude guest that was on the same floor made it very uncomfortable plus she had the biggest dog ever could not control it and was very mean dog I got stuck on the steps with her coming up and the dog wanted to come after me so I had to go up a few more steps and wait for her to go by she had her music on her phone so loud and took her forever and I was not about to move off them steps until they were out of my view mentioned a little bit to the front desk when checked out but they did not seem to care too much about it but I'm pretty sure they knew who I was talking about"

From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience very smooth. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the bed and pillows were excellent. I especially loved the lobby's common area, which offered plenty of recreational options, such as a pool table and games—a fun place to relax or work. The complimentary breakfast selection was extensive and of good quality. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, making it easy to go shopping or explore the surrounding area. Overall, this is a great hotel that exceeded my expectations and offers excellent value for money. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in this area and would highly recommend it to others!"

"When i checked in ,clerk didn't greet me, i gave her my name and said i checking in, she ask my for a credit card, i told her i paid already when i reserved room. I don't have the card ! She responded need for card insadentals, i told her don't have a credit card. She just just hand me room cards. Did tell me were room was no thank you nothing."
