"Parking spaces are far less than enough. Cannot find one on all three days of stay (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday) Hotel can give you tickets of all theme parks before check-in time (15:00) when you approach the front desk or when you check-in on-line. Unfortunately, the link given to me was not working. If that link works, I can go direct to the theme parks before visiting the hotel. Very convenient for entering Sea World (just get in through the gift shop next to the hotel front desk). Probably that's the reason why the car park is always full. Desert at lounge cafe is good. The check-out time (10:00) seems a bit too early."

Be aware there is a lot of construction nearby and this can be very noisy! The unit itself is well appointed, the bed comfortable but overall the cleaning is not great and some utensils were ready for the bin. A lot could be done to improve this property."

"We had a fantastic stay. The standout feature was the view—it was absolutely incredible, with an almost 180-degree panoramic outlook over the ocean. We would honestly come back just for the view alone. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had some thoughtful touches, including a Nespresso machine and milk left in the fridge for our arrival, which we really appreciated. The beach is right out the front and is beautiful and supervised. It's about a 20-minute walk to Surfers Paradise, but we actually preferred Main Beach. It's quieter, feels more prestigious, and is just as walkable with nicer places to eat. The staff were excellent—very friendly, responsive, and happy to share helpful local tips. One thing to note is that if you're arriving on a Sunday, you'll need to arrange check-in in advance, as there's no one at the front desk. However, the communication was pretty responsive and well organized that this wasn't a problem at all. Overall, we highly recommend this property. It's a wonderful place to stay, and we'd happily return, especially for those unforgettable views."

"The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area. There's a bus stop nearby, and the beach is across the street. A large store is a 25-minute walk away, and a tram stop is 10 minutes away. The center, with its cafes, is a 5-minute walk away, and there's also a breakfast cafe downstairs. There's construction next to the hotel, but it didn't bother us at all. The room was spacious, but we were unlucky with the view; it was practically nonexistent. The view from the balcony was blocked by a building, and from the bedroom by a pine tree, so you could only see a tiny bit of the sea. Otherwise, everything was fine. There's a washing machine and dishwasher. Cleaning is done once a week. When we entered the room, there was a very strange and unpleasant smell, but it took a week to clear. Overall, we liked everything, thank you."

"The room was spacious and offered a pleasant garden view. The large bathtub was perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. Since it was winter during our stay, we didn't get to use the hotel's swimming pool. The greatest advantage was its close proximity to a very clean beach, which felt safe due to the presence of lifeguards. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection beyond Western dishes, including fried rice, plain rice, and miso soup. The yogurt was particularly good, and they even had gluten-free bread and pastries, plus a fresh fruit and vegetable juice station. It truly catered to all palates. Our bill had an error at check-out, but it was promptly corrected. The concierge staff was helpful with our luggage. The room lacked soundproofing, as we could hear people walking and talking in the corridor. However, it didn't significantly disturb our rest overall."

"After reading some of the the reviews I was somewhat concerned. I had read a review mentioning a particular unit and how dreadful it was but I can’t find it again. Very strange! Anyway we arrived only to find we were in that very same unit!😬. We unlocked the door with trepidation only to be pleasantly surprised. The unit is spacious and had a lovely view overlooking the bay. It had everything we needed and it was wonderful to be able to do all our washing ( 4 weeks worth) before flying home to the UK. Just a short walk to the tram. We were here when they were setting up for the Gold Coast 500 but even that didn’t seem to make things busier. it’s a little dated and some of the furnishings are really worn out but that didn’t impact on our stay and also I wouldn’t furnish out a rented property in the very best decor because it will get damaged. All in all very good value for money and we loved the apartment living. We’ve always been hotel people but this experience has made us think again. "

"First the good. Simply the best view / location on the Gold Coast. If you want to literally roll out of bed and onto the sand and into the surf then this is to he place to be. Its close to all types of eateries and Tedder Ave is just a short walk away and its just far enough out of Surfers to be away from the hustle and bustle. The staff seemed ok although we didn't have a lot to do with them and the pool / gym / bbq and gardens all looked clean and well kept. The bathroom and toilet are pretty modern and clen but water pressure in the shower was not great - I think there was a water saving device fitted so maybe that's why and fair enough. Not So Good Our unit (1201) was pretty old and tired and could do with some love and a good revamp. The thing that got me though was after arriving after all day in the car the until was hot and stuffy so I turned the A/c on only to find it caked in a black mould like substance. There was also this same substance on most of the window blinds and the curtain rails in bed 2, I can totally understand the battering this complex takes from 24/7 surf / salt air / wind and sun so I can overlook and bit of water marks and rust issues but mould is a no no. I can also understand the huge demand for the unit and that it may not be possible for housekeeping to do a deep clean for each new guest but this A/c looked like it had not had a clean for months and that's not good. Maybe the first of every month an extra hour or so is taken to do the deep clean to ensure the whole unit is in tip top condition but it really needs to be looked at or reviews like this will grow. In the end we just chose not to use the A/c and just used the breeze from open doors and windows to provide relief from the summer heat - I'm only glad that the weather was not too hot. The phots I've attached don't really show the mould issues in the A/c with the main issues being behind the grills although it does give an idea.. Would I sat here again - maybe but I would want to go up to the unit and have a look before formally checking in"
