We enjoyed our stay and the location is really convenient. There were restaurants adjacent to the property. Front desk also did not require me to give security deposit and were professional. We stayed at the 27th floor and room was clean and presentable. The room also had kitchenette with heater, electric stove, microwave. I just hope that they will add floor mats inside. Pool operates from 10am to 7pm and located at the roof deck/rooftop. Smoking area is at the 7th floor and kinda sketchy. Will recommend!

We booked to stay here for Christmas. We chose it for its close proximity to Greenbelt malls. I booked 3 rooms and asked for the rooms to be adjoining but the best they managed to do was that we were all on the same floor. It was a busy period so this is understandable. There are many other places to stay in the area which are cheaper and if we ever stay in a hotel for Christmas again, we will seek cheaper accommodation because we were hardly in our room. The breakfast had fantastic selection. Staff were lovely and we appreciated that they also employed staff who are hard of hearing–– they opened the door for us and were prepared with a list of places guests might want to go to so that they can direct. This place 10/10 for me. The room is clean, the amenities is so damn awesome. We came here to celebrate our 3rd year anniversary! and we loved it. Thank you again! See you next time!

an elderly hotel but well maintained hotel, very comfortable bed & beddings, aircon worked very well, however the cr reeked of body odor which i think stuck to a lower corner of the bathroom, drainage clogged on one night overall I think this hotel was top notch, housekeeper was pleasant, location was excellent, kudos to the management & staff which kept this property in great condition

We stayed at a Mini Double Room. The hotel was located at the heart of Makati and there are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. I love how the Front Desk allowed us to check in 15 mins earlier the 12:00 noon. The room was actually good for 2 people. It was clean, air condition was working, free bottled water, clean towels with toiletries, fresh bed sheets and pillows. The Front Desk also immediately provided kettle when I asked for one free of charge. Upon check out, the Front Desk made sure we didn’t left anything. The housekeeping also returned some items I left inside the room. There are only 2 things I want to point out that needs to be improved. 1. Pools closed every Monday in which we were not informed and not on the Trip website (we were able to use it Tuesday morning). 2. The room provided to us is not a City view contrary to my check in voucher. Unlike the other reviews here, I can say that I will recommend checking in at this hotel.

I booked an executive suite with access to the Gallery Club. The suite was very roomy and there was an portable air cooler in the bedroom which was a bit cold so I moved it to the lounge area where it was much warmer. Unfortunately the hotel no longer provides DVD players but the TV has access to Youtube which was fine. This time the suite had a powder room which was convenient if you were watching the TV and for making cups of tea and coffee. Although I hung up the bath towel each night housekeeping always replaced it each day despite the fact that I would be happy to reuse it the next day or days. The gallery club is now on the third floor and is much bigger than the old lounge on the fourth floor but the hotel has pared back the food and wine offerings from before covid. Previously you had a choice of four white and four red wines but now there are only two of each. Foodwise there is still a good selection but it does not match the old offerings and as is the case with most hotel club lounges the food is more suitable to white than red wines. Fortunately the staff at the club and at Escolta, the restaurant, are very friendly and helpful which makes for an enjoyable stay. I would like to express my disappointment that so many of the old staff have left but the new teams are capable of matching the great service.

Would come back. Cons lang(for me, our situation) is no modification, no cancellation. Pro ng no cancellation nila anytime na gusto mong mag stay sa hotel is pwede sa duration ng nabook mong araw. And napaka secure and safe ng system from booking to checking out sa hotel unlike other hotels. So very thumbs up.

5 star!!! Staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast buffet is good, we enjoyed it! They also gave me free upgrade because we need 1 queen bed instead of having 2 single beds. A Crystal clear swimming pool, jacuzzi is so nice!! Front desk staff who assisted me for check-in and kuya guard sa pool area are so kind, I forgot his name pero we went to the pool around 8am. Thumbs up!!

Except for the hotel transfer which was a catastrophe, we can recommend this hotel. We were staying in a room with a separate bed and living room. We almost did not go outside for lunch and dinner. Mistro on the 35th floor offered superb views and nice dishes except few we did not really like (maybe different taste). The staff, starting from cleaning ladies to the waitresses and managers are friendly and really caring about their services. We can recommend this hotel compared to Hilton where we had bad experiences and Seda Residence is offering more value than Hilton.

Hotel is clean and functional. For the price paid very happy with the amenities and everything on offer. Got an upgrade to a quiet room. Very happy with that. Can still hear cries from babies at the other room but luckily not bothersome and we still had good night sleep over the 2 nights we stayed with this hotel. Location is close to makati, a short grab ride to green belt area.
