There was more than enough space to stash away suitcases, leaving the room comfortable to navigate. The gardens? Immaculate and beautifully maintained. Holiday organization was top-notch. They nailed it with themed dinners—absolutely loved that touch! Now, about the food: fresh, fresh, fresh! It’s as if it came straight from the kitchen to the table. A+ for that. Xmas breakfast was a little slow, probably because the staff was stretched thin, but they quickly redeemed themselves with a delicious brunch spread. The staff? Amazing. At first, I thought their warmth and professionalism might be scripted, like they’d just come from a training session. But no, this was genuine. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, attentive, and quick to respond. Whoever is behind their training deserves a medal. Special mention to Rosemary, the reservation manager—she was incredibly patient with my endless questions and made sure everything went smoothly. Oh, and you must visit their spa! It’s an experience on its own—relaxing, rejuvenating, and worth every minute. For golf lovers, don’t forget to pack your clubs! Malindi Golf Club is conveniently adjacent to the hotel. Even if you don’t have your own, they’ve got you covered with clubs available for hire. When we left, we didn’t leave empty-handed but with a bag full of thoughtful gifts—a perfect send-off! It’s been five years since our last family trip, and I’m so glad Ocean Beach did not let us down. What a memorable experience! ✨"

"The hotel is fantastic!!! We absolutely loved it! We initially booked for one day, but then decided to extend it for another day. It's best to buy an all-inclusive package, as the hotel is located far from amenities. But if you're traveling with a group or on your honeymoon, this is perfect. The staff is polite and friendly, the food is delicious, the amenities are excellent, and of course, the price is great. The only thing I might not like is the hot water. It's warm, perfect for showering during the day, but cool in the evening."
