"Location is superb. Food is average but prices are rather high than good, authentic resturants outside.Customer service is very poor.The guys at the reception have a "don't care" attitude. Property is not maintained well, the rooms are also not well-kept.Moulds & patches on the walls.Furniture is peeling out.Cob-webs inside the lampshades!! The curtains are very dirty & small in size.Dirty ceiling fan & the AC cooling is insufficient. All the management had to say "it's a very old property, so it is like that". Total mismanagement in the hotel specially during breakfast time ( complimentary breakfast).All are literally fighting who will take the food first & no body to control that. Nowhere Paradise Isle is a 4 star hotel."
