"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel with my family. The room was in a poor condition when we checked in. The bathroom taps were broken, the bathroom door knob was damaged, there was no water coming to the wash basin, the AC was not working, the door mesh/net was torn, and the room and bedding were not properly cleaned. To make matters worse, no bedsheets were provided in the family room. Despite raising multiple complaints, most of these issues were addressed only by the evening. Instead of spending quality time with my family and enjoying our stay, I had to spend several hours following up with the staff to get the AC, taps, and other basic amenities fixed."
