Me encanto la experiencia en el hotel, muy buen trato por el personal muy profesionales todos y cada uno de los trabajadores del hotel. Destacar el trabajo de Nicolás , jefe de cocina y excelente cocinero junto con sus compañeros de cocina Muy buena calidad de comida

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr leckeres Essen. Tolle Lage. Alle 3 Buchten sind locker zu Fuß zu erreichen. Fahrräder kann man auch ohne Probleme abstellen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Für ausreichend Programm ist auch gesorgt.

Hotel propre ,calme ,superbe vue . Petit point négatif piscine non chauffée. Sinon je le recommande fortement. Équipe d'animation top( Anas, nolhan et lhéa) .Excursions location de voiture l'équipe s'occupe de tout. Des plages à proximité magnifique.

Super hôtel à taille familiale. Équipe au top. Anas responsable est hyper agréable et très drôle. Nourriture variée et bonne. Boissons all inclusive très bien. A côté d'une petite crique à l'eau cristalline magnifique. Parfait. Je recommande à 100 %.

Positive- hotel in a nice location near 3 beaches. Hotel minimalist/ modern in communal areas. Staff are friendly. Food was adequate and drinks from the bar were ok. Wine never is from a machine. Negatives - rooms aren’t as advertised, if you see a lovely room advertised with a French windows from the bedroom as well as the lounge, well you are in luck if you get one. Allocated a studio room which runs directly out of the back of the lounge area, no ventilation, ceiling fan, windows so high you can’t open them plus no natural daylight you have the light on the whole time. Changed to another one of the same rooms as it was mouldy only to be put in another of the same with the same problem accept it had a dehumidifier. If that doesn’t say there is a problem with rooms. These rooms are on the ground floor with no natural air flow. This factor spoilt what could of been a nice break but lack of sleep. I had addressed these issues with hotel while I was there, they are not interested . Speaking to other guests they also did not get the room they thought they were booking - these were booked through easy jet and no surprise after looking at their website once back, they do not show pictures of the rooms. I have also emailed easyJet with no response.

Estancia muy agradable gracias al equipo de animación, camareros, recepción, cocina etc. Excelente trato!!Habitaciones un poco antiguas,pero cómodas! baño zona de piscina olor muy desagradable.. ojalá lo solucionen xq huele mal esa zona..gracias a todo el equipo!!!

En general ha sido una buena estancia: personal muy implicado y amable. Comida buena. Los puntos a mejorar: bebidas y cafe bastante malas y sin muchas opciones. Olor a humedad en habitacion. Olor a saneamiento en el baño y canaleta zona de la piscina.

La situation géographique de l'hôtel avec une jolie vue est top cependant il n'y a rien à faire autour, la nourriture varié et bonne, le personnel sympathique. Néanmoins l'état des chambres est limite, le nettoyage n'est pas fait correctement et il n'est pas fait le mercredi et dimanche donc pas de changement de serviette non plus, la vaisselle au restaurant n'est pas très propre (tasses, bol, assiette) avec traces et morceaux de nourriture colé. Les joints de la douche noirci et moisi, les contours de fenêtres sale. En 2 semaines la salle du restaurant jamais nettoyé. Les serviettes et draps tâches noir ou de fond de teint. Il y a beaucoup de choses négligées sur cet établissement. L'eau de la piscine très froide impossible de s'y baigner déjà début septembre. Si vous souhaitez descendre à la plage il y a beaucoup de marches d escaliers (plus d'une centaine). L'accès n est pas direct comme le vende les agences de voyage. L'équipe d'animation très sympa, ils font avec les moyens du bord, l'hôtel n est cependant pas fait pour accueillir un club ou équipe d'animation.
