The shower is not working properly because of the handle need replacement.
The bathroom is not clean.
The hotel needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.
Cockroaches is too many and you can see it everywhere in the hotel..
the amenities is not complete.

I can't understand why there are such high reviews. There is absolutely no redeeming feature except for the convenience of shopping. The room is small and dirty. Cockroaches and flies can roam freely. The toilet is small. The bed is unstable. The pillows are hard. There is no window and it feels suffocating.
