"New, modern but with corners made refined by minimal decorations of excellent taste, comfortable, clean and with exquisite staff: young, active and well trained. Large rooms with large windows, which I love. Excellent cuisine, carefully prepared breakfasts with fresh products, careful not to waste anything (appreciable); I would have appreciated a couple more cakes (there was only one donut) but this is personal taste. Relaxation area and tidy swimming pool, always well maintained by an employee and supervised... comforting! Highly recommend and will be back! Thanks and congratulations to all the staff (including the administrator's mother: WONDERFUL Christmas decorations...which I will copy 😉!)"

"This must be the best place to stay in St. Vigilio, for small families like ours. The location is great - albeit not central, but St. Vigilio is not big. There are several good places to dine within an easy walking distance, a well-stocked Spar supermarket an bakery not much further on. The public transport is reliable and frequent. The price to stay is reasonable. The hut is itself is a lovely wooden building at the edge of forest, tastefully furnished by antique furniture. The owner, Giulio, together with his wife, are very welcoming, and he is always available and helpful if anything needs to be fixed or simply to advice what is worth seeing in this interesting corner of the Dolomites. Special mention deserves the rich and tasteful breakfast, is certainly highly recommended! The only downside may be the unreliable Wifi connection, but we came for holidays, not doomscrollinng ;-)"

"An absolute stunning hotel with a lovely team of friendly and efficient staff from reception to bar, restaurant, the cleaning team and the hotel owners who regularly walk around and chat to guests. The spa was beautiful - both the adults only and the family spa. We had a room with a hot stub and a sauna which were an absolute bonus and we used every day. The rooms are gorgeous have great storage and a re very warm and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was perfect- you have your own table for the full stay and our waitress Valeria was so lovely - nothing was too much trouble. The gourmet dinner was something to look forward to each evening offering loads of choice. Perfect portion sizes of very tasty beautifully presented food. The bar area is beautiful, comfortable and relaxing - the bar guys make a great showing making superb cocktails and are very happy to help you with choosing something out of their huge list of cocktails, Gins, Brandys and wine. The ski lockers warm and dry all your equipment and lead straight out onto a slope that takes you down to the gondola station and ski hire shop. The ski hire shop (Noleggio) even took our footwear up to the hotel on our first day and put them in our lockers ready for when we got back from the slopes. We loved our stay and will definitely return. Than you for a wonderful holiday "

"Stayed here on a 1 week skiing holiday in January booked through Crystal. This stay was hands-down the best I've stayed in many years. Very comfortable spacious room with a view, delicious large-portion meals, & absolutely warm friendly service from all staff. The location is an easy 12 min walk to the slopes, with the ski bus stop right outside the hotel, & ski lockers available for use. Staff were always welcoming & helpful, offering service with a smile each & every time, never finding any query or request any trouble at all. I also really appreciated the carafe of water at dinner, when most other hotels charge for tap water. Little touches like homemade cookies with coffee purchased later in the day & a small gift at checkout simply topped a wonderful relaxing stay. Thank you very much, Barbara & Roman."

"We had a wonderful week of skiing here in Feb 2026. The hotel is stunning and the rooms and food are fabulous. The wellness area is possibly the highlight of all the highlights. And you can even order a drink and nibbles from the comfort of your lounger. My partner ended the week with a very bad and the staff were so accommodating. Highly recommend a stay. It was our second visit and seeing the hotel and the village in the snow was even more spectacular."

"I stayed at Hotel Almhof Call with my sister while we were attending a yoga festival in the Dolomites. Everything was just perfect from the moment we arrived. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with our dietary requirements. There were even signs on the cakes on the breakfast buffet saying which were lactose-free, which I really appreciated. And the dinners were divine! I don't think I've ever eaten such fantastic food in my life! There was a good choice of courses plus a varied salad buffet. We stayed in the Wellness Suite, and I can't imagine a more relaxing place to stay. It was so quiet and peaceful and the beds were super comfy. The wood in the room smelt amazing and added to the zen feeling that the yoga festival gave us. The indoor pool and sauna area were excellent, too. We loved floating in the pool between our first yoga session of the day and breakfast. My sister and I both agreed that, if the yoga festival is on next year, we'll come back and stay at Almhof Call again. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so fantastic! We appreciate you :)"

"Honestly, we were a bit biased by the recent negative reviews, but we quickly changed our minds. The staff was very friendly and the service was fast. The pizza was thin and thin, which might not be to everyone's taste, but in my opinion, as someone who appreciates this type of pizza, I found it very good and light. The place is modern and clean. I recommend it."
