Lovely surrounds. The cottages are well separated and surrounded by shrubs so had complete privacy. Well set up. Well equipped kitchen. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Easy walk into town. Great value. Excellent sustainability practices.

Ventured to Margaret River Region for a 2 day 1 night trip for the Margaret River Open Studios. The Peppermint Brook Cottages are in a perfect location. Close to town to walk for shops or dining. The beds are uber comfortable, the shower is hot. The accommodation is well resourced with lovely soaps,shampoos, and attention to detail. I would certainly return and recommend these cottages to friends and family.

Beautiful spot only a short walk to town. Comfortable clean rooms in a lovely quiet quaint nature area surrounded with forestry. A little outdoor fire pit was a great touch during the winter Season - lovely to sit outside by the fire with a glass of wine. even toasted marshmallows and cooked chops over it too! We have two busy school aged boys who spent most of the afternoon/evening on the trampoline. Plenty of space to kick a ball around too. Nice escape to a peaceful place!

Peppermint Brook Cottages are lovingly looked after by Manager Sue. They are small cottages but quite homely too. While the heating worked well in the living area, central heating would be a game changer for those cold mornings! All in all a nice stay, though, and the little touches and good humour were greatly appreciated. Plus, the location is AMAZING.

During my road trip to Margaret River, my niece has booked this lovely cottage for our 2N stay. She & family had stayed here 2 times before & highly recommended this cottage. The cottage is approximately ~ 15 mins walk away from the center. The cottage is a hidden gem off the main road. It is a small cottage, a bit "dated" but clean & fully furnished with all necessities (including towel & toiletries). The owner also provided milk, orange juice, cereal, cornflakes and a few slices of bread for us as light breakfast. It has an amazing powerful pressure rain shower head that is unbelievable. There are outdoor settings scattered around the compound. We had 2N peaceful & enjoyable night stay. It is highly recommended for families & group. You will not be disappointed ! Pretty and quiet location situated close to town. Very well maintained clean cottages with comfortable beds. I would highly recommend staying here. We had a very relaxing four nights. The caretakers were very friendly and helpful.

This place is perfect. Cosy and clean. The kitchen is pretty big and so is the bathroom! Water pressure is fantastic too. There were a couple of chooks outside our cottage in the morning. Can't believe we didn't stay here earlier. Sue was also a really welcoming host!

Our family of 16 of us had such a great time staying at the allocated 3 cottages. Sue the manager was exceptional! She was so patient with us explaining how we could use the oven and stove. Rooms were sparkling clean. Towels provided were so clean and fresh too considering how we've encountered dirty linens in other places before. Location was perfect, just a skip and a hop into town. Definitely will come back to this accommodation the next time we visit Margaret River.

Great cabins, awesome location, fire pits added bonus can't wait to book again! Friendly staff, good amenities within cabin, couldn't ask for more within the area. Enjoyed the wandering chickens and ducks , surrounded by native trees and fauna
