"Just back after 3 nights in this hotel. When we arrived there were two drunk men standing in the hotel entrance smoking, which wasn’t the best start, and that’s coming from a smoker. Although the room was huge and included a kitchen there was lots that can be tended to very quickly and easy. Silicone in bathroom is atrocious, toilet roll holder and towel holder have came off the wall and the rawl plugs have been left in the wall. Soap, shower gel and shampoo all very nearly empty, bed side cabinets were all very shaky. Window has been covered at the bottom with a sticky privacy film, that is all peeling off. These are all a very quick fix, that would massively improve this room. The only saviour of our stay was the staff, who couldn’t have been any more helpful, they are a credit to this place. Not somewhere I would visit again sorry."

"Left my electrical tooth brush and emailed them to locate which they claimed it cannot be located. How could it be? As that was the last location checked in!!!. Lacking in effort to provide after sales services. In addition electrical trip and some guests were stranded in the elevator for an hour."

"We had a lovely and peaceful weekend at this hotel. One of the best places not far from busy Edinburgh to enjoy a day together with the family. The service is outstanding, and the staff is polite and helpful. We really enjoyed the SPA area with the warm swimming pool and sauna. We will definitely come back to get some relaxation in this place."

"Good and delicious full breakfast. Wonderful service, the hotel staffs are nice and helpful. We have hired a car Skoda which we are not quite familiar with. We ask the hotel officer for help to tune the rear mirror. Even they are also have no idea of this car, they try the best to find out the way. Thank you for their kind help and great effort 👍👍👍"
