The service is in place, friendly and courteous, there are welcome snacks and tea when you arrive, and you will be introduced to the main tour map in the city. There are dried fruits in the room and a bottle of water every day (hotels in Morocco do not provide water).

Stayed here for 7 nights, quite glad we were in the Petit as there was no footfall outside our room, and there was a plunge pool on the roof above our room which no one else used! Private pool for a week was fabulous. A fridge in the room would have been useful as the weather was so hot, cold drinks warmed up in minutes We had temperatures of mid 40's, thankfully we had much needed Aircon! So my any pretty courtyards in the 3 riads, beautiful architecture with lovely water features, all very calming. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, cereals, pastries, breads, yoghurt, fruit etc. Glad we were met from our taxi by staff as we would have struggled to find it, but one you get used to the area it's easy to make your way around.

Luogo incantevole nel centro della vecchia città di Marrakech. Il personale è sempre pronto ad aiutarti (ci hanno stampato i biglietti aerei alle 6 del mattino dopo averci portato la colazione). La Jacuzzi sul tetto è ottima per rilassarsi e le camere sono ben curate e accoglienti. La colazione è buona e ogni camera è ovviamente dorata di condizionatore.

La recensione l'ho già scritta, ma non mi risulta pubblicata. Ci riprovo. impersonale. Siamo fuggiti prima del previsto e nessuno ci ha nemmeno chiesto il motivo. Evidentemente ci sono abituati.... Forse un tempo ha avuto momenti di gloria, ma ora è pessimo. Il peggiore dove abbiamo soggiornato in Marocco. Data del soggiorno: luglio 2024

Just returned home from a wonderful adventure to Marrakech. The Riad Petit Karmela was a truly culturally immersive experience. The Riad was beautiful with birds singing and even the odd tortoise wandering around! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were excellent. A big shout out to Marion who went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay. My only worry would be for anyone with mobility issues as there were tricky steps and low doors to negotiate. The food was excellent so whoever they have as a chef - I love you! I hope to get the opportunity to return to Marrakech and would recommend this Riad.

The Riad is a superb, magical, authentic place.
When we arrive we are immediately immersed, we say Wow!
It is located in the Medina, very close to Place des Épices in the heart of the Souk.
The staff are adorable and caring,
We took excursions offered by the hotel, our driver (Simo) attentive and available
Thank you for this magical stay in this country with incredible landscapes and this human warmth, which feels good!
