The place is simply incredibly stunning. The mural decorations will make you feel like you are living in the Bahia Palace. Relax in the central pool after a long day in the hot city of Marrakech. Thank you for the staff for making our stay very relaxing before our flight home.

Quarta volta a Marrakech, proviamo un Riad diverso dal precedente..... Dopo alcuni inconvenienti all'arrivo, peraltro non trascurabili, ma successivamente risolti, il soggiorno presso il riad è risultato piacevole. La struttura in stile marocchino risulta bella, le camere sempre in stile sono comode e decorose anche se necessiterebbero di maggiore attenzione nella cura. La doccia è un pochetto carente nel getto dell'acqua e non proprio calda alla sera ma,...... è da evidenziare che tante piccole pecche, sicuramente risolvibili, assorbite nella quotidianità per la grande disponibilità del personale sempre presente e prossimo ad ogni necessità che in questo caso, produce un grande valore aggiunto all'ospitalità. Jamail e Kadija, due persone meravigliose che si adoperano nell'immediato per qualsiasi cosa,.... sempre disponibili e rintracciabili e di una gentilezza ed educazione non comune. E' informativa in questo contesto comunicare che il riad si trova in una ottima posizione, le camere sono silenziose e la struttura si trova vicino ai primari siti turistici. Lingue parlate dal personale di servizio, Inglese, Francese e spagnolo.... Cucina tipicamente marocchina.

Riad juste incroyable. Situé au cœur de la médina, très proche de la place Jamaa el fna, ce Riad est à couper le souffle. Il dispose d'une architecture royale, digne d'un palais marocain et d'un magnifique patio. Nous avons été accueillies comme des rois par la belle Khadija qui nous a très vite mis à l'aise et nous a proposé un délicieux thé à la menthe. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et serviable, ils ont rendu l'expérience au riad encore plus magique. Merci à Cecilia pour son aide précieuse, nous garderons un magnifique souvenir de notre passage au riad Al Loune :) Allez y les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçus!

Riad molto carino, decisamente in stile marocchino. Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile per ogni genere di esigenza. Forse la camera un po' piccola e "fresca", magari per i mesi invernali sarebbe piacevole una fonte di riscaldamento. L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che ho contattato questo riad proprio per la proprietaria italiana, che è stata estremamente efficiente ma ha "omesso" di informarci della sua assenza al riad. Come detto prima, il personale è stato impeccabile ma parlavano francese, inglese e spagnolo. Per quanto mi riguarda non è stato un problema, ma se qualcuno che non ha familiarità con le lingue si dovesse trovare nella stessa situazione, la troverebbe estremamente sgradevole.

Appena rientrata dopo un soggiorno di 4 notti in questa piccola meraviglia nel cuore della media. Oltre al fascino della struttura, una nota di merito va alla cordialità e alla gentilezza dello staff! Camera grande tipica marocchina, colazione ottima. È posizionata a 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale, in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Assolutamente consigliata!!

This was an authentic country living experience. I initially was hit with the shock of the area and having to be dropped off on the road because vehicles can’t go through. However, the Riad was homely, the staff were very warm and accommodating. I enjoyed the experience.

The staff were so lovely, welcomed us and gave us directions! Breakfast and dinner were lovely, the Riad is a beautiful oasis in busy Marrakech. I slept really well!

Riad meraviglioso, pulito, curatissimo, silenzioso, Le camere sono spaziose in stile e curate in tutti i particolari. L'accoglienza e l'ospitalità impeccabili. Jamail discreto e sempre disponibile per le necessità degli ospiti. Colazione molto ricca e varia. Kadija ci ha stupito cucinando per noi una meravigliosa cena marocchina degustata al riparo dei rumori e polvere della medina in una atmosfera incantata. Se dovessi tornare a Marrakech saprei dove andare!

Magnifique Riad, très propre et bien décoré, il est idéalement placé au cœur de la Médina. La vue du roof top est superbe. La cuisine y est aussi très bonne, les petits déjeuner et dîner sont copieux et savoureux. Nous avons séjourné au Riad lors du tremblement de terre et le personnel a été juste exceptionnel avec nous durant cet événement, ils ont pris soin de nous comme de leur propre famille on ne les remerciera jamais assez pour cela. Mention spéciale pour Jawad, sa gentillesse, ses attentions, son sourire, son petit concert. II Je ne peux que recommander ce petit coin de paradis. Nous reviendrons un jour.
