"Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Service We reached out to the property about two months before our arrival, but unfortunately never received a response. Upon arrival, we waited around 45 minutes at the bus station before someone came to pick us up and bring us down the hill. The biggest issue was the shower, which was completely clogged and wouldn’t drain. Despite raising this with the staff three times, no one took responsibility or fixed the issue. Each time, the blame was shifted to someone else on a different shift. Overall, the staff were not friendly or helpful. In fact, we found them to be quite rude and uninterested in providing any level of hospitality. It didn’t feel like they cared about guest experience at all. Would not recommend based on our stay"

"A beautiful room which was very cleaned. Staff is super nice, friendly and even makes a conversation. Also very careful, because next day they ask you what you've talked about yesterday. Excellent location. The hotel is very comfortable and is very comfortable and is very comfortable. Delicate and good breakfast with enough choice, both simple bread with egg/cheese/spic/salami etc. and sweet breads and fruit. Personal mega friendly, always good help and service at the reception. Even a breakfast package was given because we had to go to the airport very early on the last day.  (We came to this hotel because we participated in the Vespa trip base)."

"A great place to stay, especially if someone wants to experience lemon grove farm stay. Also the farm tour was a great way to get to know how limoncello and some other products are produced. We had bought a few Il Convento products before we left."

"The road to the guesthouse was a bit winding, but we were immediately warmed by its convenience upon checking in. That evening, the owner offered us a boat trip in the Amalfi Coast, which was exactly what we needed. The next morning, after breakfast, a car picked us up to go on the boat trip. Our car was parked in the large parking lot, and we would normally have needed to drive into their private garage. He asked us to leave the car keys with him so he could handle it. When we returned from our trip, not only was the room cleaned, but the car keys were on the table, along with a note (pictured in picture nine). Although the Chinese handwriting was difficult for us to decipher, he had provided a voice translator before we left, explaining how to open the garage and where to park. We understood that the crooked Arabic numerals were 17, the mailbox was the parking space, and how to press the button to open the door. He must have used translation software; it was truly remarkable. Also, we had arranged breakfast for 7:30 am. When we came downstairs at 7:40 am, he was waiting for us. Since we were staying on the third floor, and breakfast was in the front yard, which required a half-circle walk to reach, he came to pick us up. Furthermore, their garden and vegetable patch were beautiful, with lush green grass in the yard and hibiscus in full bloom; there were also plenty of lemons and pomegranates bearing fruit... The herbs and tomatoes on the dining table were all homegrown, and we could see the sea from our balcony. The room was fresh and the bedding was comfortable... In short, it was a very loving and warm stay experience."

The room was spacious with all the amenities... breakfast for all tastes! Compliments for the croissants! I recommend reserving parking! We'll be happy to return!"
