The hotel restaurant served delicious local dishes, and the breakfast spread was fresh and satisfying. What I loved most was the peaceful environment and the easy access to the beach. At Mirissa Beach Villa, I was able to completely shut off from all the stresses of the outside world, thanks to the management, staff, and the stunning villa itself. From the moment we arrived, my boyfriend and I were cared for, made to feel completely comfortable, and able to relax straight away. The staff were always attentive, kind, and friendly, often going above and beyond our expectations. I am so grateful for how they treated us each day. A special thank you to Kasum, the manager, who made everything easy. I arrived in Mirissa feeling somewhat disorganised, but he quickly offered guidance, expertise, and advice on everything I was considering doing in Sri Lanka. He organised tuk tuks for us and created an effortless balance—making it easy to feel pampered while also giving us space to enjoy private time in this beautiful home. We are so grateful to Priyantha, Basindu, and all the other amazing staff and security, who worked so hard to make our stay feel special. And of course, Janith, the chef, who cooked some of the best food we tasted in Sri Lanka. Each meal was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented in different outdoor settings every day. He made every dining experience feel unique and memorable. Every detail of the villa felt carefully considered. The design of the house is beautiful, the artwork is lovely, and the landscaping is gorgeous—I loved walking around each day, taking in the flora. The two pools were wonderfully relaxing, and the view of the beach is breathtaking. The attention to detail in the villa is second to none—even down to the scents, sounds, and overall ambience. I honestly wish I could live there. I would happily return again and again. Thank you to Kasum, Janith, Priyantha, Basindu, the security team, and all the wonderful staff who gave us such an unforgettable experience."

"As the first person to write a review, I'll say right away: I absolutely recommend staying here! This hotel is wonderful in every way, from the service to the secluded atmosphere. The breakfasts are excellent – even with just one main menu, there's still a good selection. I was surprised by how well-stocked the room was: I'm not talking about the mini-bar and drinking water, but the bathroom, which has absolutely everything you need, including perfumed toiletries. The conditioner, shampoo, body lotion, and scrub are all fantastic quality. The room is incredibly spacious, and the shower is wonderful. It matches the photos and description 100%. I want to thank the staff for their hospitality, the manager and owner for their smiles and morning chats, and the chef for the excellent cuisine and for helping with a special personal request. It's very close to the coastline, with restaurants, beach clubs, and shops nearby. It was my first time in Sri Lanka, and I have to say, in some ways, I liked this hotel even more than the island itself. Rating: 10/10. I will definitely be back!"
