The room is rather old. Racial discrimination is serious. White people can eat dinner without wearing trousers and slippers. Chinese people must wear long pants and shoes, otherwise they will not be allowed in.

I went for a swedish massage and lunch deal through Marideal. As soon as i arrived I felt welcomed and the atmosphere was relaxing, bringing instant peace with the soft music and essence diffuser. Karen, my therapist was very attentive, kind and gentle. The session duration was for 1 hr but it went by so quickly and I did not want it to end. It felt really good. After the massage, I was offered some tea or water with dried fruits and nuts. Thinking about renewing the experience in the future and id totally recommend.

Hôtel de taille humaine où tout est fait pour que le client se sente bien, bien intégré dans un environnement idyllique et encore un peu préservé des grands complexes touristiques. Les équipes ont vraiment été aux petits soins pour nous de Tania, à l'ensemble du personnel du restaurant très avenant, en passant par Rachelle à l'accueil (conseils avisés, sourires et optimisme), sans oublier Sweta et sa collègue pour des massages inoubliables. Merci pour toutes les petites attentions. De belles soirées musicales dans la semaine également. A développer peut-être pour un hôtel un peu excentré sur l'ile, des partenariats avec des organisateurs locaux d'excursions sur l'ile ou sur l'eau. Et, merci pour le soleil...

In den Bett konnte ich sehr gut schlafen. Alle im Hotel waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel selber ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen müsste man mal etwas Geld für eine Renovierung investieren. Schön wäre auch wenn bei uns im Zimmer der WC-Sitz der eine Woche schon defekt ist von der Reinigungskraft an die Hotelleitung gemeldet wurden wäre und dann repariert worden wäre.

- Nous avons été enchantés de notre passage d'une semaine dans cet hôtel. L'accueil, la sympathie et la compétence de tous les employés, sont remarquables. L'hôtel est bien placé entre l'océan (un peu froid à cette époque, normal), une plage publique devant mais comme si elle était privée, la proximité du village Tamarin et du golf avec l'avantage d'un green fee. La literie et les repas sont très appréciables, nous étions très bien. - Deux bémols : Le premier et non des moindres : les deux piscines, qui sont logiquement mise en avant dans les brochures, ne sont pas chauffées. Conséquence : nous n'avons vu personne y tremper un orteil de toute la semaine, et nous non plus. C'est fort dommage car en cette période, cela aurait été bien utile (océan frisquet) et agréable, tant pour les adultes que pour les enfants. La plupart des hôtels ont une des piscines chauffée. En été évidemment je dis pas, mais là. Deuxième point, plus secondaire mais qui participe au standing et à la norme d'un hôtel : le matériel de sport mis à disposition est de mauvaise qualité sans entretien, lorsqu'il ne marche pas. En conclusion : OUI je conseille pour l'emplacement, le côté dimension à taille humaine, la qualité, le rapport qualité/prix, et c'est bien là le plus important. La chauffe d'une des deux piscines, et l'entretien de la zone "sport" serait à mon avis nécessaire pour parfaire le tout.

Accueil merveilleux, la chambre et très propre et un merci à sweta pour son merveilleux massage. Le spa est vraiment très beau. L'hôtel est très agréable, il vaut mieux louer une voiture pour se deplacer car un peu loin de tout mais c'est aussi ça les vacances!

Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind groß, es ist immer alles sauber. Ich hatte ein renoviertes Zimmer. Es ist ein super Ort / Hotel wenn man Ruhe sucht. Ich habe zweimal das spa besucht, auch hier ein dickes Lob. Besonders sweta ist super gut! Das Essen war abwechslungsreich, für jeden ist was zu finden.

Que dire d'autre qu'une magnifique escapade.. nous avons pris un spa day package avec l'hotel..Nous avons été acuellis a lhotel par le sourire par Dana , le spa manager. Le personnel de l'hotel aussi nous ont très bien acueillis . Les thérapeutes (Kevina, Vallery, Karen, Sweta) sont d'excellent professionels en leurs domaines, elles nous ont acueillis avec le sourire et nous offert un excellent massage et de tres bon conseils. Je recommende fortement!
