"The staff were very welcoming, and the hotel rooms were spacious. I recommend choosing a room on the second or third floor, as the entire building faces the sea, and the balconies all offer ocean views, though it can get a bit damp. The second and third floors are much less damp. The price-performance ratio is very high. I compared other hotels before, and they were all much more expensive. Overall, it was a very good accommodation experience."

"1. **Service:** Compared to St. Regis, the service here is simply no match. The staff's attitude was quite average. Whenever I needed to communicate a request, like booking a restaurant or water activities, they'd tell me to download some app, which turned out to be very difficult to use. 2. **Room:** The room was quite spacious, with a minimalist design, and the bathroom was very clean. Overall, the room was good. 3. **Beach Environment:** It was very windy. I had heard this place was directly facing the 'underwater waterfall' and thought its unique location would offer something special. I saw many people flying drones during sunset, and you can indeed see the underwater waterfall. However, if you're just looking for a convenient spot to fly a drone, I don't think staying here is necessary. The kitesurfing spot (Kite Lagoon) is very close to the hotel, and you could probably go there instead. 4. **All-Inclusive:** All three meals and all beverages, including those in the room, were included. But the quality was quite average; the drinks were acceptable. 5. It's relatively close to the Le Morne hiking trail. 6. **Sports Center:** It closed quite early, around 4:30 PM. There weren't many people signing up for activities either; it seemed most guests were into kitesurfing."

"Went to Maritim for 60th with my daughter. The resort is beautiful & clean (but I think some parts in the main dining room & beach bars could do with deep clean & updating) Food from beach bars & main restaurant was very bland, lukewarm, repetitive, very disappointed. We saw food left on the bar for more than 10mins before it was taken to customers on the beach/table. No wonder it was always cold & chips cold, dried up & hard. Even stray dogs & birds wouldn’t eat them!! Beach service scan on the beach does not work so you have to walk to the bar to order food & drinks & wait ages (not as if it’s cooked fresh) The service was extremely slow yet resort was not to full capacity. The other restaurants were always booked up so couldn’t get in. Supposedly booked up, barely anyone in when you managed to get a table. I was very ill after eating the caneloni at fine dining restaurant. Went all inclusive yet charged for meals on beach which were included in all inclusive. Certain drinks free in mini bar were only re-stocked twice in 10 nights despite constantly asking. Emailed twice no response. Although our room was nice & clean the shower & taps water was always lukewarm & leaked from the shower into the bedroom last 2 days. Can’t complain about the staff who were polite & friendly & I enjoyed the horse riding."

"Poor breakfast. In view of the quality, they shouldn’t offer and charge for breakfast at all.   One morning at 8am, their gardener used grass mower in the central grades which is surrounded by blocks of apartments. The noise woke us up.  The door access card did not record the correct date we check out. This made us feel annoying twice when we could not go into our apartment and needed to go back to the front desk to fix the door access card.  Overall, not value for money."
