"Well-maintained hotel with friendly staff. Clean, well-kept rooms. The bar is a bit disappointing, and breakfast is limited."

"Started well. Friendly reception and a closed parking lot. Entrance is already terrible. Looks like a construction site. The elevator is from 1983 and I suspect it has never been looked at. Stairwell stinks and is boiling hot. Apartment was spacious. Furthermore it was dirty. The countertop completely broken. Floor was old and filthy. Our room didn't even have a door. But that was really the least bad. Boiling hot rooms without air conditioning or fans. Small beds but fortunately the mattress was okay. After the night we saw vermin everywhere. Also in the bags. I was shocked and shook everything out. It was also in the beds! Couldn't find the receptionist because I wanted to complain. This has now been done and I really expect compensation. The only positive thing was the large roof terrace. The apartment was also expensive! 630 euros for 2 short nights. This is not worth it at all so I'm not going to leave it. Update. After all this misery we get a voucher of 100 euros. So we don't need that! Valid for a year so we have no use for it and we don't want to live in a hovel again. Half the money back is a better solution!!"

"Het was super hotel"

"Nice hotel with nice breakfast."

"It's alright. Parking costs €19.95 per night, which is normal in Belgium. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, parking is convenient, and the service is good."

"no air conditioning in the room so it can get warm during the night and opening the window makes a lot of noise when the room overlooks the Begijnenstraat, sometimes they forget to clean the room"

"Fantastic B&B, beautiful rooms, amazing hosts, deep care and attention shows from truly everything, from the fresh fragrances to the tasteful interiors and the over-the-top special breakfast items with unique stories (like goat's cheese with fermented sakura leaves or speculoos made in collaboration with a food archeologist). Close to the station and a small walk into the center. Highly recommended!"

"Good value for money and very well located"

"Very comfortable place and unique. It is based by a church and we all love this place"
