"Incomplete and bad. We stayed 1 night alone, and less bad. The only remarkable thing on the site is its air conditioning (we had luck because there are only 1 in the entire hostel). We book a 5-bed room, you start realizing how little the site is worth when you get a fabric pad to protect you from the pads when you get to try or temporarily use a helmet. Just to extend it a little bit breaks and just to not sweat the bed, it is not a sauna. It's time to go to the shower, and you're alarming again when they say they don't have a towel to leave you. When accessing the bathroom, the water is not even graduable, it is a mono gym command (pulses and at 10 seconds stop), it is the maximum cutting. The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a good hotel. 20€ per person, at first it didn't seem to us at all, but with all these disadvantages it seems to us up to cost. For the same price you have a double bed bed in Sarria. In 5 hostels of the Santiago Road, the worst. I wouldn't come back."

"First of all I was given a disabled room (with a good part of the hotel empty!) the excuse is that it is bigger than another one… to my perplexity I was offered a change (which I did not accept!) there was no reason to give it to me since I am not disabled. also very cold (there is a heat pump but I assure you that it does not heat anything and it is stuck at 24 degrees (but I assure you that there is no more than 18!!!"
