"Another wonderful holiday at the Galdana Gardens with family and friends. It is in a wonderful location beautifully clean and well kept. We will be returning again next year. Bars and restaurants in easy reach with good supermarkets. The wonderful beach is in easy reach. The staff are very friendly and work so hard to maintain the complex, the gardens are beautiful, the pool is kept so clean along with the rooms and the whole complex 10/10 for the cleaning staff."

"Nice hotel for the night for our Cami de cavalls trip! Room was of a good size, clean and had a balcony. Staff were lovely and friendly and breakfast was ok for the price we paid! Certainly happy with our stay!"

"What a great little place I was so impressed from the moment I entered the door, we were given a code to enter the door and get our room key which was all very simple and organised. The room was above and beyond my expectations with a fantastic bathroom and rain shower. There is a kitchen area upstairs where you can make yourself something to eat and a lovely roof terrace with great views over the rooftops down to the harbour and only a few minutes walk down to gorgeous Cala fonts. Last but not least I need to mention the owner Jody she was such a great help with everything and even organised a taxi to take us back to the airport. Thank you for such a great few days we will definitely be back. "

"Stayed at hotel Patricia with friends ( 4 of us) for 3 nights. The location of the hotel is very good with everything within 5 /10 minutes walk. Cituadella is a lovely city with a buzzing yet relaxed atmosphere. Our room was of a decent size equipped with a fridge, mini bar ( if you wanted it) and complimentary toiletries. We had a walk in shower which was excellent and very clean and hot. The hotel has a small outdoor pool on the lower level with a few sun beds and a few tables and chairs plus a small but well equipped gym and a pool table. The hotel is bed and breakfast only and breakfast although not vast, was of good quality and tended to be more on the continental side, meats, cheeses, pastries, fruit, limited cereals although there is a small choice of cooked items eggs, bacon etc. The hotel is spotlessly clean everywhere. Rooms and common areas reception etc all gleaming which I really liked. Staff from reception to house keeping are all helpful polite and welcoming. I think the only negative thing I could say ( if I had to) is that the hotel doesn’t have a bar. That being said there are plenty of lovely little bars within 2 or 3 mins walk so not really a problem. It would have been nice just to have a drink at the hotel before going out to a restaurant for dinner but that’s just personal choice. Would we stay again? Absolutely👍and probably will at some point. "We had a stay between the 20th and 25th September (5 nights) with the All Inclusive option. On the 2nd night there was moderate rain with thunder, and a reasonable amount of water appeared inside the apartment (kitchen area) which flooded part of the kitchen and living room (right above the electrical panel). We tried calling reception several times and no one answered, so we had to go to reception in person, in the rain. At reception, they said that they were unable to resolve the problem, they had no free rooms and that we were not the only ones in the same situation. They gave us some towels to contain the flood, ourselves. After our complaint, this matter was never addressed by them again and there were no justification. We were never able to access a pool towel, and on the first day we were told that they could have them the next morning but that there were very few, this is not acceptable for a 4star hotel. The All Inclusive concept in this hotel is more realistic as Full Board + Drink. There is only 1 employee for bar service + table service + cleaning the area itself. The All Inclusive information they gave us on the reception was different from what is displayed in the bar and what is currently practiced. On the last day, a bar employee (the first time we were served by her) tells us that we can order any meal to take away, if we are not staying at the hotel (information that was never given to us at reception, even though we had asked which includes All Inclusive). For us, not a 4 * hotel."

"We have just returned from a week's stay at menorca mar and had a lovely time. Helen in the bar to reception staff were so helpful and friendly and the ladies cleaned the rooms efficiently every day, thank you all. Lovely walks to the harbour and by the sea, all flat. Excellent bus service close by also. Plenty of places to eat with plenty of choices. Supermarkets nearby for essentials. Thank you all and see you next year!"
