"We had a wonderful time at this hotel. It is a large property with all the perks of a big resort—like an aquapark, multiple pools, and great entertainment—yet it still manages to feel cozy and intimate. Even with full occupancy, the hotel was quiet (!), and there was absolutely no "sunbed war."What we loved:The aquapark: Very fun and attractive.The architecture: Low-rise, guest-friendly buildings. The tiled roofs, green shutters, and matching curtains create a wonderful, charming atmosphere.The downsides:The bathroom: It is definitely in need of refreshment.The food: Typical, average all-inclusive buffet.Overall, our stay was a big plus. Highly recommended!"

"Beautiful hotel, stunning pool and very clean. The pool bar has a lovely member of staff think her name was Alejandra (apologies if incorrect spelling) Was my birthday whilst I was there and the hotel brought me cava to my room, this was a nice touch. Evening entertainment was good but I think finished too early (just after 10pm) we ended up sitting on balcony listening to another hotels music which went on much later. Food was good, plenty of choice. Santa Thomas is a quiet resort but has nice coastal walk and a lovely beach."

"Love your setting, beautiful rooms. Bar and service in the bar need working on. Some staff,not all take far to long,many times had to go and search for someone to serve. Then we had to stand queueing because of build up of guess. Restaurant, 9 times out of 10 food not hot enough,many times just left it. Staff in restaurant work really hard. Last time we stayed here, many years ago,when it was a proper Restaurant up stairs food was excellent.Grounds and pools are excellent,kept beautiful.Staff do your hotel credit.Just work on the bar."

"I stayed here with my daughter and granddaughter for a week from 28th. The pool area was in a horrendous condition. See pictures. Litter, feces and dirt all around the pool area. We complained to the hotel however they were very rude, made out we were lying. They finally cleaned the pool on our last day after several other familes complained."

"Very decent and lovely 3star hotel (could pass as 4star as well). We stayed one night while in town for the evening market. The pool is bigger that the pictures, and very nice. There are showers at each end of the pool, but bigger signs reminding people to shower before pool would be nice. The rooms were nice and clean, and we slept amazing well. Not the biggest breakfast, but it is a small town so easy to find a bakery and stock up. Parking was just nearby, and the small town in itself is really lovely and nice."

"I needed a place to disconnet after a pretty stressful year, and I could't have found a better one! It's paradise! The views are stunning, surrounded by pure nature. The rooms are just perfect- not too big, not too small-but the terrace...incredible! I spent hours there reading! The staff were so kind and respectful, especially knowing I was travelling alone- attentive without being intrusive. Truly wonderful, I 'll definitely be back!"
