La habitación muy bonita, todo de primera, nos quedó cerca de el lugar que íbamos a visitar, muy tranquilo el ambiente y con mucha seguridad. El trato del personal fue muy amable.

This is the perfect little hotel except for one fatal issue: It is located directly across the street from the loading docks of a major hotel/conference center. Trucks with idling engines, refrigeration units, etc. are backing into the bays at all hours of the night. It’s loud non-stop. I could not sleep well for three nights. Too bad because the staff is very nice and accomodating, the hotel itself is great and the location very good, otherwise, wedged between Reforma and Polanco.

Realizan la limpieza una vez cada 5 dias. En mi estancia de 4 dias no realizaron nunca la limpieza de la habitación. La higiene es básica en este tipo de establecimientos.
