Modern minimalist style, small room, narrow and short bed; the bathroom countertop can't hold a mouthwash cup, no hooks to hang clothes; the lighting is too simple, the light source is the table lamp and a dim light ***** above the open cabinet; push open the balcony door, you can see the residential building opposite, very close 😂 The location is OK, just at the corner of Fifth Street, very close to South Beach. There is a pizza shop downstairs. ￥2300/night, even on weekends, it's not worth staying in this room, there is also a $39.9 resort fee, and parking fee is $40/night. The best thing of the day was the Latin beauty at the front desk asked intimately, would you like some champagne? 😀 opened the bottle immediately.

From the time I walked into the hotel I received nothing but the best customer service I have ever received at a hotel.My check in was very smooth.The front desk clerk pretty much waited on us hand and foot.He did everything for us.From getting our bags out of our car,taking our bags to our room while showing us how to work the elevator as he explained all the perks,pool time,bar and restaurant times that came with staying at the hotel like free bikes for example.We valveted our car with them so everytime we left or came back to the hotel someone was always available.The room was clean,beds very comfortable,2 sets of towels,rags,hand towels provided.Big bottles of shampoo,conditioner and shower gel provided along with other paper goods.However the room does not come with a microwave.,but other then that we enjoyed our stay,the price for the room and locations were all great.Most definitely would stay again in the future

I've spent three days at the Urbanica hotel on Fifth avenue in South Beach after taking a cruise to the Bahamas and Mexico. The hotel is very intimate and comfortable. I slept pretty well and spent a great time swimming in the pool. The whole vibe of the area around the pool is relaxing and cozy. I want to remark the five star attention of Alex from the front desk: He was always in his best mood, willing to help me and give me reccomendations of good places to visit and eat in Miami. I'm gonna come back in my next stay in the vice city.

We really enjoyed our stay at urbanica 5th this summer and would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a cozy boutique hotel in Miami Beach. The rooms are really clean and room service is very precise with their work. The employees at the front desk were much politer and on guard as we would have expected. They were friendly and accommodating and would even walk back to the elevator to call it for us. There is always cold water in the lobby available and in the morning also fresh coffee. The in-house bar and restaurant is highly recommendable as they serve delicious drinks and great food for a fair price, especially at happy hour.

Hermoso hotel! Tiene todo lo que necesitas para tu estadia. Esta super bien ubicado y los chicos que atienden son divinos! Las camas super comodas, tiene cochera. Lo que mas me gusto es el servicio de reposeras en la playa . Voy a volver sin dudarlo!

Habitaciones amplias,cama cómoda las almohadas un poco altas pero por todo lo demás bien, hotel limpio bien ubicado y muy agradable. Los empleados muy amables y serviciales, el bar acogedor. La terraza y la piscina súper bien y más con la vista tan bonita que tiene , muy cerca de la playa, bares y restaurantes.

Our first time in this hotel was back in May 2024 and we have come back twice since then, we really love this place, but specially the amazing staff. It was nice seeing Melissa, Luna, Fernando and Alfonso! Darion very obliging. They are truly the best, making sure we had everything we needed. In this trip we meet Emiliano, great addition to the team. We will sure miss Nicolas! I really hope upper management knows they have a great team that goes above and beyond! They truly make a difference for us, they make us feel so welcome and like home. The hotel has a great location, everything was clean as always, close to the beach and several restaurants. This for us is a no brainer, every time we come to Miami, we stay with our family at Urbanica Fifth. I recommend this hotel 100%, you won’t regret it. We will sure come back!
