This has been and is my favorite hotel in Miami! The location is in the center of Brickell right next to the mall. So it’s possible to walk around. I love the location! The amenities are amazing! I love the pool, I love the gym and the restaurants and bars as well. The rooms are super clean and have a beautiful aesthetic! The entire hotel smells amazing and looks luxurious and amazing as well. You can rent the city bikes for free and have amazing views from the balcony. The rooms are spacious. The staff is very kind! By far my favorite hotel in Miami!

This is the worst five-star hotel I have ever seen. The carpets in the corridors of the hotel are old and dirty. There are many stains on them. There are also a lot of paper scraps and other garbage. No one has cleaned them up for four days. The service was very poor. I asked for an extra quilt on the first day. However, I called three times and the quilt was delivered twice. Finally, I contacted Ctrip to help solve the problem and the quilt was delivered. They also lied to Ctrip and said they couldn't find thick quilts. I have stayed in countless hotels and was one of the earliest users of Ctrip. This is the first time I have written a negative review and the first time I have encountered such a bad hotel. C’est notre 4eme fois au East car cet hôtel situé dans le Brickell center dispose d’un emplacement idéal pour le shopping. Cependant cet fois ci, nous avons été un peu déçu par ke service en chambre qui n'était pas comme d’habitude. Nous devions attendre plus de 40 mn afin de recevoir dans notre ce que nous demandions. Un soir mon fils de 5 ans a vomis dans le lit en pleine nuit, j’ai donc demandé a ce qu’on vienne me changer les draps. Et bien nous avons du attendre plus d’une heure. Pour que finalement un monsieur m’apporte uniquement un drap sans même le changer lui même comme dans n’importe qu’elle hotel 5 etoiles. Bref un peu déçu cette fois ci
