My sister and I stayed at the apartment hotel for four nights and two more nights after a week of sailing. Excellent location. Quiet area,Super nearby. Uber works great. The hotel is clean, the apartment is fully equipped including a refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer, coffee machine, blender and perfect equipment in the kitchen. Large and spacious living room, dining area, large bedroom. No cleaning services include. We felt like at home - laundry including the towels and throwing the garbage bag in the shaft. privacy and comfort. Highly recommended. Also for families.

We just returned this week. Stayed for 7 nights at 2 bed, 2 bath with a family of 5 which included 3 children. Everything was just fantastic. Entire Property is spotless, very well maintained. Units are spacious, spotless and come with everything you can think of. We felt right at home. Frontdesk staff was very helpful, very cordial and very welcoming.

A very clean and compact property. Walkable neighborhood and has a grocery nearby. Is also close to downtown Brickell and many shopping locations. Overall excellent place and will definitely stay again!

The apartment is fine but i had trouble to check in and there was some strange conversation when I arrived. Overwall is fine but doesn’t seems a totally safe place
