I cannot speak too highly of the management and senior staff of this hotel. My wife and I left our car in the hotel car park when we went on vacation in USA. Because of Covid-19 the hotel had to close down before our return and, in addition, our return was delayed by over 2 months because of the virus and the cancellation of flights. The hotel was still closed down when we eventually returned. As soon as the hotel management under the leadership of Mme Céline CONGE realized that the hotel had to close and that our car was locked up in its car park the Manager of Accommodations, Laetitia PEYRE de LESCURE immediately contacted us by e-mail. She told us not to worry and that they would take good care of our car until our return …. even though the hotel would be closed. In USA we endured 5 cancellations of our return flights. We kept in close contact with the accommodations manager who was an absolute angel, and she continually expressed empathy and constantly reassured us not to worry. As our return approached, the Restaurant Manager Kim TRUONG checked the car tyres, reconnected and recharged the car battery. This was a great burden off our minds. When we returned over 2 month’s late all we had to do after our stressful Covid-19 experience was to phone the Hotel Manager who arranged for us to have access to our car. I have never come across such amazing customer service in my many years of travelling. We have stayed at Novotel many times and have always found pleasant staff. In addition, this is a really great hotel with an airport shuttle service, and I cannot recommend it enough.

Just returned from our annual pilgrimage to Lourdes with a large school group. This was our first time at this hotel and cannot recommend it enough. The staff in particular Serge greeted us on arrival and was attentive throughout our week stay. Joel, sharif and all the staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. The large reception area was fabulous for us all to gather as a group. The meals were served quickly and the food of a very good standard, even for fussy eaters and those with dietary requirements. Rooms clean and nice. Well done all. Hope to see you next year.

The hotel is situated a little out of the way but it makes for quieter nights. Staff at the bar are pleasant. The staff at the hotel shop are miserable, cannot be bothered with customers and can be heard moaning about their shifts. The bar staff are pleasant and the bar can be nice and lively at night. The bed linen felt very sticky and damp, unpleasant. The balcony is also an accident waiting to happen, if you are 6ft tall the balcony will be practically at your hips & there is a hidden step which you can easily trip over, its a tiny and high up space. The decor is tired and old. We were bothered 3 times on our first morning by cleaners. First, two entered the room around 8:30am to clean, we told them no instantly and they left. An hour later, the same cleaner entered the room again, and when we told her no repeatedly she stood at the door for a minute before leaving. 5 minutes later, she entered again. This time we shouted no as we were losing the will to live. Upon complaining at reception we were told we should have had the do not disturb sign on. I don't understand how saying no 3 times isnt enough for the cleaners. At checkout we expected to pay the tourist tax, but instead were given a bill for €113. She charged us for an extra night for no reason. We said this was wrong and she fixed it, but this is just emblematic of our stay. Certainly not five star.

There was a literal brown sht trace in one of the beds the attendance was the worst one I’ve ever gotten, I’m ashamed to have chosen this as my hotel and receiving such a miserable experience from it. I went with my family (with elders and children) for one night, at the reception there was a lady (She had long braided hair and dark skin -just in case the hotel sees this so they know what type of staff they are working with), we were leaving to Paris at 7am on train the morning after so we asked her if it was possible for her to reserve a cab for the morning so that we could go to the train station, to which she said she would do, then we asked her about the breakfast and she said it was going to be set up at 6 am (since the train station was very far away and we needed time to shower, eat and then leave in the cab). The morning we were leaving we arrived at the reception at 5:45 am, there was no breakfast served and no one there, there was a sign that said “If absent at night call *cell number*”, however, we called it multiple times and no one replied. We waited for the cab, around 45 minutes had gone by and the cab never arrived to pick us up. We had 7 suitcases and as I said, two elders and two children. Since apparently there weren’t going to be any more trains that day we looked up how far the train station was (over 25 minutes) and were technically given no other choice but to walk (the elder of over 70 had to carry two suitcases since the little child couldn’t bare with one and barely had any force to move it, the other elder has back and knee problems and still had to go through numerous steep roads and streets carrying a suitcase, in one part I had to stop and sit in the plain street because I felt toile throwing up, but since I hadn’t eaten anything because of the unbelievable bad attention that woman gave us then there was nothing to throw up). I’m just telling you how rough it all was for us just because the lady at the reception couldn’t care less about calling us a cab or arranging the breakfast she said she would arrange (to which we had already paid for before hand. We paid 6 breakfasts just for nothing, unbelievable!). We’ll try to contact the hotel and demand a refund for this horrible experience, they should look more into their staff before hiring them, it’s incredible how one single person can cause all this just because they don’t want to do their job right. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, most unpleasant experience ever.
