"We stayed for one week at Hotel Mercure in Millau at the end of April 2026. We booked a privilege room with view of the viaduct on the 8th floor. The room was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed including kettle, coffee machine and mini fridge. The room had a balcony with 2 chairs and a table with excellent view of the village and the viaduct. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The staff on reception went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Especially Chanelle who was very helpful in giving us tips on where to eat and visit and spoke excellent English. The breakfast was continental with cereals, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, then different cheeses to try and various bread and croissants, yogurts and fruits. Plenty of choice. You could make your own drinks from the machine and boil or fry your own eggs. We booked a car park space next to the hotel that could be accessed through a security door which cost €17 euros a day. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"We stayed at the Hotel for four nights with the family. The Hotel was very cozy and comfortable. Rooms are well equipped e.g. fridge and kettle. Usually, I have problems with the hotel beds because of my back problems, but here the beds were excellent, really good to sleep. Breakfast was enjoyable. Hotel restaurants service was great and the dinner was really delicious. The Hotel owners Sami and Tita treated us very good and they can give you great advice what to do in Millau and also further away. The location was suitable to walk around in the city. Warm recommendation."
