The hotel is clean and tidy throughout, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The design is simple yet fun and quirky, very much in line with the Aloft brand. Everything feels efficient without being boring. Overall, it delivers a consistently good Marriott Bonvoy experience—comfortable, convenient, and dependable, with just enough personality to make the stay enjoyable rather than routine."

No. 1 of Instagrammable Hotels in Millbrae"This hotel is ideal for late arrivals (after 11 PM). As it was my first time in San Francisco and I was concerned about safety, I didn't want to hail a taxi to a more budget-friendly hotel in the middle of the night. The front desk staff were very helpful, and they require a $50 deposit upon check-in. You can take the AirTrain directly from your terminal to the hotel without even leaving the airport. For pickups the next day (taxis or friends), the main entrance is conveniently located on the first floor."

"Very convenient location near SFO. Stayed for 3 days, even not changing towels could have helped to clean the wet floor and rubbish at least... took ages to get toothpaste from housekeeping (2 hours) and to get back lost item from room (40mins) while waiting at lobby...
Breakfast not enough variety but tastes fine.
Rooms and buildings are new and comfortable."

"I am a business traveller and also gold member of Marriott group. So I requested for a late chk out at 2 pm the next day. However i have no idea what communication problems this trip westin front desk and the house keepers team. The whole morning i had been waking up by the house keeper with phone calls and knocking on the door. So that's not really up to a good standard of my recent travel experience."

"Clean, comfortable with good lighting. Got a room on the second floor, the view is at the corridor outside the room which overlooks the parking area. Walls are thin so one can hear muffled conversation, toilet sounds, and the tv. Microwave and fridge were useful. About 8-10 minute walk to Milbrae Trader Joe’s, Safeway, Walgreens and an $8 Uber ride in the other direction to Shops at Tanforan (Marshall’s, Target, BJs sports bar). Good base at The Millwood to do all I needed to over the 2-night stay. $13 uber ride back to the airport; From the airport: took the BART to Milbrae ($5.50) then an $8 uber ride to hotel. I thought a $30 uber ride from airport too excessive for a solo traveler."

"The room is normal, very outdated as the shower head goes everywhere and the hot water is substandard! The front desk check-in person was a bit rude, even my guest from Asia said the same. There is some good restaurant’s nearby that can order in or go to eat."
