"The hotel's location is not too far from the airport, which is a bit different from what I thought. And it is clearly written that there is a free airport shuttle, but in fact there is none. Other than that, other aspects are good and the hotel is relatively clean The facilities are also complete"

"The hotel is a 10-minute drive from the airport, approximately 5 kilometers away. North-facing rooms offer direct views of planes taking off and landing across Highway 101, but the excellent soundproofing ensures no noise disturbance. The hotel is situated within a recently developed complex and features a large parking lot at the back. Both the rooms and facilities are brand new, which is quite unusual for a US hotel. The rooms are spacious and equipped with basic kitchenware and a stovetop, making them ideal for families with children who want to prepare simple meals. As the surrounding area is newly developed, there are currently only two fast-food restaurants across the street (one of which is Panda Express, a well-known Chinese fast-food chain in the US). The other units are still for lease, so it will probably take over a year for more amenities to become available. However, in the community directly opposite, there are three to four restaurants, including the famous West Coast burger joint, In-N-Out. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) station, offering quick and easy access to Silicon Valley and San Francisco. The hotel offers breakfast, which is quite good for a US hotel, featuring options like hard-boiled eggs🥚, scrambled eggs, bread, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, coffee, and more."

"The service is friendly, parking is convenient, shuttle service is provided, and simple breakfast is provided. Overall, it is economical and affordable."

"It is clean and close to airport. However it was difficult to rest due to the constantly noise including walking, talking, showering, toilet flushing from the upper floor and also the room next to ours."

"The room was on the smaller side, but its proximity to the airport makes it incredibly convenient, especially for the international terminal. The only drawback was the hotel's lack of business facilities, such as meeting rooms, for guests needing to work. I also thought the TV cabinet looked a bit dated."

"Great location, and they offer a shuttle bus to the airport, running four times an hour. The front desk staff are really nice; they even offered to check if I could check in early. There was one lady who wasn't super friendly, but she still helped with requests. I didn't see any Chinese-speaking staff, but the front desk was very patient and spoke slowly in English during checkout. Dining options nearby aren't super convenient, you have to walk a bit, but there's a ramen vending machine and a small bar on the first floor, so you won't go hungry."

"The hotel offers a wonderful setting, with direct access to the sea – perfect for catching sunsets. The on-site food and drink options, including a Starbucks, are incredibly convenient. A shuttle service is also provided, making returns from San Francisco business trips very easy."

"Clean, comfortable with good lighting. Got a room on the second floor, the view is at the corridor outside the room which overlooks the parking area. Walls are thin so one can hear muffled conversation, toilet sounds, and the tv. Microwave and fridge were useful. About 8-10 minute walk to Milbrae Trader Joe’s, Safeway, Walgreens and an $8 Uber ride in the other direction to Shops at Tanforan (Marshall’s, Target, BJs sports bar). Good base at The Millwood to do all I needed to over the 2-night stay. $13 uber ride back to the airport; From the airport: took the BART to Milbrae ($5.50) then an $8 uber ride to hotel. I thought a $30 uber ride from airport too excessive for a solo traveler."

"The hotel was perfect for what we were looking for - close to the SFO airport. Nearby the hotel, there are many eateries which was convenient. Breakfast was generous and had everything we wanted. Everything was clean. Would visit again!"
