"Five stars simply aren't enough! I stayed at this magnificent hotel for 3 nights. The staff was fantastic, incredibly courteous, and always ready to accommodate any request! The lady at the front desk was particularly kind and helpful! The hotel is located about a 10-15 minute walk from the city center. Alternatively, there's a bus stop just 2 minutes away. Breakfast was very good, and the value for money was excellent! The room was perfect: a super comfortable mattress, and the bathroom was spacious and spotlessly clean down to the last detail! And let's not even mention the breathtaking view from the balcony, overlooking the Dolomites. What more can I say? I wholeheartedly recommend it!"

"Our first time in Moena. We had a wonderful time. The building is a bit dated, but the rooms were very clean and the staff impeccable. Courtesy, efficiency, helpfulness, attention to detail, and above all, the smiles and kindness of ALL the staff are what awaits you if you decide to stay here. Mr. Lorenzo, the owner, is a delightful person who will make your stay magical with his stories and gala evenings. The food is amazing and plentiful, allowing you to savor the typical local products. The wellness center with sauna and Turkish bath is very nice, allowing you to unwind at the end of the day. The location in the center is strategic, close to the ski bus stops that take you to the Valle Luisia and Passo San Pellegrino ski lifts, or to those in Val di Fassa, which give access to all the slopes above Canazei and the Sellaronda. In a week, we tried all the ski areas without ever repeating the same slopes—fantastic. Free private parking in front of the hotel. I'd like to thank Alin and Nicoletta for pampering us every evening at dinner, and Mariana for welcoming us every morning at breakfast with her smile. It was a truly positive experience."

"The hotel is centrally located on the main street. It's quiet at night due to the low traffic. There's a parking lot (included) directly across the street, and the bus stop is right next to the hotel. The town of Moena is a maximum 10-minute walk away. The hotel is very well-maintained, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The bed is comfortable, and the room has everything you need. At breakfast, a very friendly young man serves coffee and tea, and everything else is available from the buffet. We stayed there for the Olympic Games and would book this hotel again in a heartbeat. We will definitely be back."

"Lovely homely hotel in beautiful Moena. Very welcoming place with excellent food and warm animation. Breakfast and dinner were abundant and varied with delicious food. Rossana was an excellent guide for our treks, planning daily routes carefully and suggesting other possible ones when we felt like going to different places, truly commendable! Rocco provided light hearted entertainment in the evenings. This is really the place to come back to!"
