"The room was OK. The elevator had an old British feel. It was very new. But the shower in the bathroom was very uncomfortable. The water pressure was weird and I didn't know how to use it. The toilet was blocked and the sink was blocked. There were very few charging ports."

"So as a halal traveller for my halal trips, perfect fish and chips without beer butter I’ve never eaten butter so light it’s amazing room was really clean beautiful views from the room of the Malcom Bay. This is a premium hotel clientele are mature however this was a amazing hotel stayed there good for business, really nice food breakfast was not very big but it was enough. Customer Service was average only because there wasn’t many staff, but when there was staff there they were very attentive. Amazing day would stay again."

"What a lovely hotel. The room had an amazing view, thank you for the up grade. Staff were very kind and went above and beyond by forwarding a forgotten phone at no cost. Only negative was that it was a Monday in December and we couldn’t find a decent restaurant but-to be fair to the hotel they did inform us that their restaurant was closed Monday."

The service is also very good. The location is right by the sea. Convenient parking. If you are visiting nearby, this is a good choice. The bathroom is small, but the water is very big."

"This hotel is in central Morecambe and a short walk from the seafront. The receptionist was away from the desk when I arrived, but came straight back when I rang her and was very friendly and welcoming. I brought a dog with me and she asked if I wanted to be on a different floor to another dog in case mine was nervous, which was very thoughtful. My room was only on the first floor, very clean and comfortable. the windows were open, which on a hot night I really appreciated. The information the hotel provides on the website about parking is incorrect. You can park on the nearest car park, which is just beyond the Library for £3 overnight between 5pm and 8am. You need a card, or to use the App, you can't use cash. I can't give my visit a 5 because I was woken twice during the night by shouting outside my windows, but overall the experience was good value for money and the young man on reception this morning was very friendly."

"Situated right on the front. Very friendly welcome and delightful, helpful staff. Room was clean with a lovely bay window and a decent side view of the sea. Surprisingly quiet. Decent bathroom with new fittings. Good Wi-Fi. Has a traditional sea-side ambience. Booking advisable for supper as the restaurant is very popular. Breakfast was very good value. The hotel properly warns there is no lift. Ample parking nearby."

"Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room Hairs in the bed no mattress cover and it was badly stained The owners came across as rude and offish and they seemed to look down at everyone The lady spoke to her staff so rudley and we had to ask her not to do it in front of us Breakfast tasteless cheap ingredients should use local ingredients In the bar we had to mention the pints of beer were not full but only 3/4 had to ask for top up every time one way of making money I suppose"
