"Room 10 was total waste of money. Tiny room, bed a small double at best with a thin summer duvet on. Windows are original sash windows so are single glazed and the one near the bath in the middle of the floor was particularly draughty and noisy. Room freezing also because only a small cast iron radiator for the whole room. No dressing gown if you did want a bath, no where to put clothes apart from 5 pegs with coat hanger on wall, no seats, tiny en suite, single file only. Was then offered room 1 which was slightly warmer but as it was a floor nearer the street the traffic through the windows was horrendous so we didn’t even stay but left after few hours. Can’t even email hotel as they do not have that facility so not even had a follow up courtesy email regarding our stay and of course no refund. I would never recommend it to anyone."
