"We stayed two nights prior to klimbing Kilimanjaro. Ok hotel, nice but nothing remarkable. However, 60-90 min from order to serving a simple dinner when the restaurant is not even 1/3 full is simply too long. Same slow service both nights. The first night we even changed our order as the waitress said the first dish we asked about took long to prepare."

"The most beautiful brand new hotel (looks like a villa) with the kindest, most helpful staff. We stayed here 3 nights on either side of our Kilimanjaro trek. Rooms had hot showers (from 7ft+ rain shower heads), powerful AC, black out curtains & TVs. The grounds contain a large & extremely clean pool, grassy area, restaurant & bar. The rooms were clean, and the beds had mosquito nets, so mosquito protection was excellent. It was convenient for climbing Mount Kilimanjaro and taking safaris, but it was a bit far from downtown, so we had to use a car."
