SSokkea angHad a really pleasant stay at Hotel Lötschberg. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast didn’t have a huge variety, but everything was fresh and tasty, which made it more than satisfying.
The location is also a big plus — just a short walk from the train station, making it super convenient for getting around. Overall, a comfortable and easy stay, and I’d definitely consider coming back!

IIzzaPizzaHotel was located conveniently near the station, just a 10min walk from Interlaken West. Plenty of shops and amenities in the area as well. Even our paragliding activity was located a stone’s throw away so that was extra convenient for us. Service by the staff was excellent too. And there is also the cutest cat in the garden house!

GGuest UserSwitzerland was the most surprising stop on my trip, and this hotel was no exception.
**Cleanliness:** Extremely clean!!! It felt spotless, and while you could tell it's an older building, it was just wonderful.
**Environment:** It's less than an 8-minute walk from Interlaken West Station, and there's a supermarket right downstairs. My room even had a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains.
**Facilities:** There's a fridge in the common area, and my room had a small skylight where you could even see the stars.
**Service:** The lady at the front desk explained everything clearly and in detail.

GGuest UserIn the middle between interlaken ost and the main area for shops. 10+mins walk each way , there is a bus and it's free if you stay at the hotel but it only comes every half an hour. No large grocery/convenience store nearby (10 min walk) View in front of the hotel and park is stunning though. No microwave and tissue/paper towels in the kitchen which is a bit inconvenient. Toaster also didn't work. We stayed in the 4 people room and its quite large and great with two seperate sinks but the room is dated and smells like so. Breakfast was good, staff there was nice. Wooden floors weren't clean. Has nice amenities for kids which is good.

AAnonymous UserFirst of all, they provide breakfast so I saved a lot of money and I could cook so I saved a lot of money. The only regret is that there is no refrigerator in the room, but even if there was one in the shared kitchen, no one touched it so it was okay.

GGuest UserWe stayed at this hotel for six nights during the New Year period, and the experience was truly impressive. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the railway station. Our room was exceptionally clean and offered a beautiful riverside view, making the stay relaxing and memorable.
The in-room facilities were excellent, including drinkable tap water, a coffee machine, and LED-lit mirrors, which added extra comfort and convenience.
What truly stood out was the sincere and attentive service. Special thanks to Mr. Eduardo for his genuine care and professionalism. He listened carefully to our requests and went above and beyond to assist us during our honeymoon. His thoughtful message at the beginning of our journey as a married couple touched our hearts deeply.
A great hotel creates a strong first impression, but heartfelt service builds lasting loyalty. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to friends and family in Thailand.

GGuest UserPlease note: This hotel strictly enforces a 3 PM check-in time, so plan your arrival accordingly. If you arrive early, don't worry – you can store your luggage and go explore.
Location: It's about a 10-minute walk from the West Station. There's a bus stop right outside, but buses only come every half hour, so plan your public transport carefully.
Facilities: This is a typical wooden lodge, which means soundproofing isn't great. The wooden floors creak so much it feels like the whole room vibrates when you walk. You can clearly hear people walking upstairs, downstairs, and doors closing in the hallway.
Service: The staff were very enthusiastic and all seemed quite young. I booked a twin room but was given a double. When I went to the front desk, the girl realized she couldn't separate the beds, so she gave us a room upstairs, which I guess was an upgrade. The room was very spacious.
Cleanliness: All the hotels I've stayed in Switzerland have been impeccably clean. However, the water here – when boiled, it had limescale and residue. I had to spit out the plain water I drank!
Breakfast was small but good. I loved the toast with butter, and the large bread with salami and cheese. Swiss boiled eggs are absolutely delicious!!

HHiyoubWe expected a bad experience when we looked at the Google review but was pleasantly surprised by the actual room presented to us.
We had a quadruple room and saw a near-new bathroom, in contrast of the photos we saw on Google review.
Apart from the bathroom, the room itself is a bit of a disappointment, the one of the bed frames were faulty and one of us had to sleep with her hips lowered to the floor.
And the other facilities were outdated, but they were at least clean.
Our overall experience was pleasant, but similar to most things in Switzerland, the price was a little steep, but probably one of the cheaper hotels in the area.
