But the real stars of the show (besides the staff, of course!) are the breathtaking views of the mountains surrounding Interlaken - truly stunning! And after a day of exploring, the rain shower in the room was the perfect way to relax and unwind. Overall, this hotel is quite good. The location is very convenient, close to the city center, and surrounded by many restaurants and shopping areas. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and the beds are comfortable, suitable for extended stays. Although some areas are slightly dated, the hotel is clean and tidy overall. The hotel service is also excellent; the front desk staff are friendly, and the check-in and check-out processes are efficient.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the central train station and not far from the Zurich Canal. The hotel's facilities and hygiene are also acceptable, but the attitude of the service staff is very average.
