But the real stars of the show (besides the staff, of course!) are the breathtaking views of the mountains surrounding Interlaken - truly stunning! And after a day of exploring, the rain shower in the room was the perfect way to relax and unwind. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The unit had a pleasant smell and with nice mountain views, making our stay in Interlaken truly enjoyable for me and my family. We would highly recommend this place to all our friends and relatives. If we visit Interlaken again in the future, we would not even consider other hotels, we would book this one directly without hesitation. We were really satisfied with our stay. The location is also perfect. Coop and the Interlaken Ost train station are just across the road, making everything very convenient.

Really great, well-equipped, excellent service, and very complete. It has a wonderful sense of history, and the staff are fantastic. They even gave us lots of complimentary items. I'd definitely choose to stay here again.
