AAnonymous UserThe boss warmly invited us to drink tea and gave us travel suggestions. The lady boss is kind-hearted and super nice. The children like her very much. The overall decoration style is Chinese style, very stylish. The room is clean, tidy, warm and comfortable. If you have friends to visit, I will definitely recommend this place.
BBeibei12345678Hotel location is good, not far from the high-speed exit, more than ten kilometers from Shaolin Temple Scenic Area, you can see Lushan from the window. The room is floor heating and very warm. There are paper and pens to practice calligraphy in the room. There are two popular restaurants around. The front desk service is good, the room is clean and tidy, and the space feels a little cramped. Breakfast is full and parking is convenient.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to Shaolin Temple. You can see Chongshan outside the window. It takes about 10 minutes to drive there. The sanitation is good, the breakfast is also good, and the hotel has good sound insulation. Recommended
샛샛별달빛For a hotel that costs 100,000 won per night, the breakfast is weak. There are only a few kinds of food and no drinks. You can get coffee by going down to the counter on the first floor. Other than that, the room condition is reasonable for the price, and the staff is friendly! There is a massage shop 200 meters away, and I asked the staff there, and they said that the hotels in this area are similar, so I plan to stay at a different hotel next time.
ÁÁlvaro MendivilEverything was amazing, the hotel was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay even better, especially Wang Jing who could speak English and helped us with translation. They even let us use the hot springs and pool after our checkout. The restaurant served delicious food at a very comfortable price. I stayed in a Mongolian type room and it was a great experience, very clean and confortable. I will definitely come back!
GGuest UserIt doesn't seem feasible to reach the hotel by public transport, so having a car is necessary. Accessing the hotel entrance on foot involves climbing a flight of stairs from ground level. Once inside, guests must take the lift to reach the reception on level 6 for check-in. Luggage loading can be managed in carpark B1, and this requires the hotel to open the gate for vehicle access. In terms of service, the hotel staff were attentive and provided good service. They efficiently dried my son's and my sports shoes overnight, saving us from having to travel in wet footwear the next day. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was delivered to our room. We were able to enjoy it on our small balcony, which was a delightful touch. The breakfast was both healthy and delicious.
KKaitlyn555Fast and easy check-in for foreigner / tourist. Staff used translation apps to communicate. Room has everything you need, simpl,e clean and had a good sleep. Approx 10min walk to big shopping mall and night market / street food and 20min walk to long distance bus terminal. Catching taxis to main tourist attractions is fast and easy too. Recommend.
Uun_guillouVery familial guesthouse as close as it can be from Shaolin Monastery. The owners cook good food and can drive you everywhere for a price. The wife is a guide, so she's very resourceful about what to see and do in the area. The husband's brother is a Shaolin monk so you can speak about kung-fu with him. We had a little misunderstanding at the beginning as I had booked a room with a mountain view and the one prepared had no window to the outside but I was able to change rooms. With their help I was able to hike everywher on the beautiful mountains around as I was less interested in kung-fu than the scenery.
GGuest UserVery friendly and helpful staff. One person spoke some English which made things a little easier for me. It's a quick taxi ride to Songshan. It's not really in a location to walk to places so I think it's best if you have your own car. The taxi driver and 'other' drivers do like to overcharge tourists. Getting off at the bus station and being harassed by drivers was unpleasant and gave Dengfeng a bad feeling. There is no train so unless you have a car, you'll also have this unpleasant experience. Dengfeng is quite nice just the welcome is unfortunate. The hotel staff were wonderful, and the room was spacious. I loved the little table by the window, very pleasant. The restaurant across from the parking lot has tasty food and very reasonable priced.
ЛЛариса Ш.I stayed for three days and was very happy with my choice – it's close, but very quiet.
Easy to find on the map. The landmark is already there – the first photo of the house is in front of the exercise machines.
I got a room with two beds.
The room quickly warmed up to the right temperature, and the shower has a water heater.
The hostess is very friendly and welcoming.
If you're lucky, you'll catch a local folk group performing drums outside.
For non-foreigners, you can purchase an annual Shaolin Temple pass.
I attended the Shaolin monk performance on different days – different teachers, different groups, different experiences.
When leaving the gym, don't miss the massage parlor (100 yuan).
Then there's the monastery; there's a cable car.
If you arrive early, you'll have time to climb up to the Dama Cave (under the golden dome).
One day we hiked in the mountains above the hostel – it was so quiet. There's only one road, you can't get lost.
I'm very grateful to the owner, I highly recommend her.
In the photo, there's a landmark after the house.
